Es hat alles gestimmt, von der Begrüßung bis zum Check out, sehr freundliches und top professionelles Personal. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und super sauber, mit Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank (mit Wasser). Der Blick aus dem Zimmerfenster atemberaubend. Die Zimmer nicht nummeriert, sondern bemalt, das jeweilige Bild fand sich auf dem Schlüsselbrettchen wieder- originelle Idee.
Pub und Restaurant ansprechend und gemütlich.
Parkplätze am Haus. Hundefreundlich.
Das Abendessen hätte nicht besser sein können und war der Höhepunkt unserer Reise, ebenso das Frühstück. Der Koch hat den Michelin-Stern zu recht 🙂
Da gibt es nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte.
Didn’t really feel luxury for what we paid. Room was a little tired confused over whether we had to pay extra for more than just a continental breakfast.

Factory to the left of the hotel
there was a relaxed, clean, friendly atmosphere.
the view of the river, estuary, the humber Bridge, and wildlife were relaxing and encouraged you to ignore the cement processing plant which in its self was of interest.
the food was well prepared, presented and tasteful.
the reeds island view room was of a reasonable size and had views of the lock.
facilities were clean. the sunset view was spectacular from the deck area.
room shower area was a little small.
stairs to the rooms are narrow and winding.
Main meal was very good

Small bathroom. Would have preferred coffee sachets rather than a machine as it wouldn't work.
Toilet water kept running.
Jam with the continental breakfast would be better.
Beautiful spacious pub with seating outside. Food was fantastic and rooms comfortable and pristine. Staff could not do enough for you.
The location
The continental breakfast was disappointing and inadequate. We did not realise the pub was closed for two of our four day stay.
The food location and staff were amazing
We've stayed here 3 times now and enjoyed it everytime, however it is in need of some TLC now, the staff are great, the food menu doesn't appear as wide as it once was and was fairly limited in options for dinner. The place probably needs some investment. That said I would say value for money

Really nice place with great views
We where working away from home and booked this place so we could have a few drinks and a meal but didn't realise it's closed on a Monday

Breakfast very good and situation on the Humber is brilliant. Loved the walk along the river Ancholme
Stairs were a bit of a problem for my wife.
