Sehr offenes und freundliches Personal, stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr heimlich, tolle Garten- und Poolanlage, Frühstück sehr vielfältig mit einigen Besonderheiten und Leckereien, die es nicht überall gibt

Cons:

Die Gestaltung der Zimmer gefällt sicherlich nicht jedem, hat aber einen ganz netten Stil. Das Bad hatte leider kein Fenster.

Familiär ankommen, Aussicht genießen und einfach entspannen
Pros:

Wenn man klein und fein mit viel Nippes mag ist man hier wunderbar aufgehoben. Das Zimmer hatte eine wunderbare Aussicht , das Frühstück war phantastisch mit viel Bio und Liebe, und das Personal ist in jeder noch so ungewöhnlichen Situation extrem hilfsbereit.Ach ja, Bushaltestelle gleich vor der Tür und dank Gaestekarte gratis.

Für das Wetter konnte niemand was🫣

Po wyjeździe do Zell am See w zasadzie oczekiwaliśmy więcej...
Pros:

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Wyśmienite śniadanie, możliwość skorzystania z odkrytego basenu.

Cons:

Mieliśmy pokój na parterze względem bezpośredniego wyjścia na odkryty basen (w zasadzie jest to poziom -1, ponieważ schodzi się poniżej stołówki). Nie wiem, czy to cecha akurat tego pokoju, czy klimatu tej doliny, ale była bardzo duża wilgoć w pokoju (ubrania i pościel robiły się wilgotne). W łazience jest wentylator, który więcej hałasuje (oj hałasuje), niż robi swoją robotę. Akurat ten aspekt do poprawy.

Wonderful!
Pros:

Beautiful property. Ceramics and terrific art everywhere. Lovely views from room 8 and wonderful pool and garden. Breakfast was excellent. Staff are warm and welcoming. We walked to the chair lift (free pass from hotel). Spectacular views of the mountains from there. Highly recommend! 💚

Really enjoyable place to stay and would return.
Pros:

The whole place with the natural pool and excellent, friendly staff was ideal. The breakfast was above what we experienced at other places. Location in the valley is close to the lifts.

Cons:

1. The floors in our room were exceptionally creaky and I felt we were annoying those below us with late night activity.
2. The hallway lights were sensor automated and very bright. They stayed on too long and couldn't manually be turned off. We found that unnecessary.

we highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
Pros:

We had a perfect stay! The hotel was very clean, beautiful, and well maintained. The location is excellent and makes it easy to enjoy everything Zell am See has to offer.

Cons:

The only small suggestion for improvement is to provide fans in the rooms during the summer months. While air conditioning is not common in many European hotels and we did not expect it, a simple standing fan would make the room more comfortable on warmer nights.
