Please note that the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone. On arrival, you can drive up to the hotel to unload luggage. The private parking spaces are a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Please note that the hotel only has a limited number of extra beds. All requests for extra beds have to be confirmed by the hotel.

Children up to 3 years stay free of charge in existing beds in certain room categories. All other children rates are not included. Please contact the property in advance when traveling with children.
The use of the Alpentherme spa and hotel facilities is included from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
Use of the Alpentherme Spa outside these hours is possible for a fee of EUR 28 per person (EUR 18 per child from 6 to 16 years old) per day.

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en in het restaurant. In het restaurant was zeer veel keus tijdens het ontbijt. Bij halfpension is het eten uitstekend geregeld en loopt de bediening moeiteloos door en nemen ze even de tijd voor je. Het maakte het verblijf zeer aangenaam.
Het gemak van verbinding met Alphentherme en gebruik van badjas, handdoek, slippers was fijn.

Cons:

Parkeren is wat onduidelijk geregeld, omdat het hotel in een voetgangersgebied zit.
Er is geen airco, en hierdoor erg warm tijdens ons verblijf. Deze nadelen vergeet je snel weer als je er eenmaal bent en geniet van de faciliteiten.

Für 4+ Hotel Reinigung im Badezimmer Monatelanger Staub auf der Badezimmer Ausstattung.
WC bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt!
Abendessen: Suppe u. Hauptspeise / Nachspeise dauerte das Servieren zum Tisch 2,5h.
Aufgrund mehrfacher Nachfrage kam die Nachspeise nach 2,5h.
