Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

freier Parkplatz für 2 Motorräder, sehr freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Essen, sehr schönes - im Jugendstil gehaltenes - Hotel, wunderschöne Aussicht, sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage, aber so heiß war es gar nicht mehr. Etwas mühsam mit dem Gepäck in den 2. Stock zu kommen.

Übernachtung im Schloss 😀
Pros:

super Lage über der Stadt. total ruhig gelegen. es lohnt sich auch den Turm hinauf zu gehen. Personal kann sehr gut Englisch und teilweise deutsch.

Cons:

mein Hund durfte beim Frühstück nicht mit.

Tolles Hotel in toller Lage mit excelentem Essen
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, ist klein, aber fein.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältig. Das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant hat excelentes Essen.
Das Personal konnte die aufgetretene Probleme bei der Bezahlung sehr gut durch Hinzuziehen einer deutschsprechenden Mitarbeiterin lösen.
Ausgezeichnetes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Zusammentreffen vieler ungünstiger Faktoren - hat leider das tolle Hotel ein bisschen ins negative Licht gerückt. -Online-Login über ein System "Alfred", dass dann den Login erst abschließen ließ, wenn man online bezahlt hat. Dies hat nicht funktioniert. Beim Einchecken wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel noch nicht bezahlt war. In der telefonische Rücksprache mit einer deutschsprachigen Kollegin wurde uns dann aber versichert, dass es eine Rückerstattung gibt, falls es versehentlich zu einer Doppelbuchung kommt. Unsere Bank bestätigte im Nachhinein, dass keine Zahlung an "Alfred" erfolgte, weil Vorgang der Abbuchung sehr lange gedauert hat und der Bank "Alfred" auch unbekannt war. Den Checkin nehmen die Kellnerinnen des Restaurants vor ( Schlüsselausgabe und Bezahlungsprüfung bzw. Bezahlung) neben ihrer eigentlichen Arbeit. Da wir zur besten Essenszeit am Abend ankamen waren die Kellnerinnen natürlich mit Bedienen beschäftigt. Konnten aber durch Hinzuziehen einer deutschsprachigen Kollegin ( diese Probleme konnte ich mit meinen Englischkenntnissen nicht lösen) abfangen.
