Pros:

Très bel hôtel, chambre confortable, jolie décoration, très bon petit-déjeuner en terrasse au bord de la piscine. Un parking à disposition.

Cons:

Hôtel en bord de route.

Pros:

Wir hatten das größte Zimmer im Gebäude über der Autovermietung. Zimmer 19 mit Aussicht Richtung Straße und seitlichem Weitblick zum Meer. Alles am Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben auf Kreta eine Rundreise gemacht und diese Ecke der Insel hat uns am besten gefallen inklusive des Hotels.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, très propre et bien entretenu.
Le personnel est aux petits soins.
Le service est impeccable.

Cons:

La piscine n'est pas réservé exclusivement aux clients de l'hôtel. Cela peut être compréhensible afin de rentabiliser le lieu.
Mais, lorsque l'hôtel est plein, il peut être difficile d'y trouver de la place...

The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. They were most helpful in arranging taxis for us whenever needed. Just €15 & 15 minutes to Matala.
The hotel and facilities were immaculately clean and well presented.
Quiet and pleasant location.

Bel hôtel bien entretenu excepté la piscine qui nécessite un nettoyage quotidien car grande fréquentation

Cons:

Pas beaucoup de choix au niveau du petit déjeuner... J'aurais aimé retrouver des olives du jus d'orange frais...etc Et non en brique... La piscine n'est pas nettoyée tout les jours nous étions les premiers et il y avait du sable et des cheveux... Dommage

A beautiful hotel let down by their pool policy.
Pros:

Everything…a lovely place to stay..

Cons:

There is a fundamental flaw in how they operate the pool.If you are staying somewhere else or stayed there before but hire a car from the hotel or have a drink there you can use the pool.So people not staying there get to use the pool and the residents like me can not get sun beds for my family….imagine staying there and you can’t get a sun bed because someone has bought a drink from the bar!It upset a lot of hotel guests.
