Herzliche Gastgeben
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut geeignet, um die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Herr Ostermann gibt gerne Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung. Überhaupt fühlt man sich sehr willkommen, das gesamte Personal unglaublich freundlich und professionell, von morgens bis in die späten Abendstunden. Wenn man die Möglichkeit hat, sollte man sich die Weinprobe (eigene Produktion) nicht entgehen lassen, ein unvergesslicher Abend.

Ein erholsamer und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Bereich Cochem mit Anschluss an ein Weingut.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt an der Mosel, aber direkt an einer Schleuse, was den Blick ein wenig verbaut. Aber im Laubengang wie im Frühstücksraum gibt es einen schönen Blick auf die Mosel. Neben dem Hotelgebäude gibt es zwei weitere Gebäude, wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Wir haben zudem sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge in die Gegend. bekommen. Cochem und Beilstein sind sehr nah, die Mosel ist dort sehr spektakulär. Ein Bus fährt häufig direkt in der Nähe des Hotels.

Cons:

Einzelne Reisende sollten wissen, dass das Hotel hauptsächlich von Reisegruppen belegt wird, die auch Gesangsabende haben und natürlich auch beim Frühstück dominieren. Aber das wurde vor Ort freundlich und nachvollziehbar kommuniziert.

Very friendly! Highly recommend. Location perfect. Quiet, set back from the main road.

The owners were genuinely caring, the service was excellent, they allowed us to check-in before the official check-in time, they were flexible and very honest (even returned an overpayment). We will come back.
