Alles in Allem ein sehr erholsamer und angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, obwohl es zentrumsnah liegt. Das Bett ist gut, man kann sehr erholsam schlafen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, mit sehr guter Auswahl. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Schränke im Zimmer haben die besten Zeiten hinter sich, die Schranktüren knarren, und klappern. Der Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer ist stark verschlissen, könnte man vielleicht mal erneuern.

L'emplacement en général, très près de tout mais sans l'effervescence du centre. Vue mer. Piscine Restaurant sur place, cuisine au feu de bois

Ruhige zentrale Lage mit super Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang, super Frühstück, zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Einzig zu bemängeln wäre das Bad und die, meiner Meinung nach, zu harten Matratzen. Das habe ich dem Gastgeber aber auch schon persönlich mitgeteilt.

Pros:

Wir haben drei wunderbare Nächte in der Astoria Residence verbracht (Apartment Nr. 7 – Montoni) und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Apartment ist wirklich wunderschön: sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war herrlich bequem, und die Terrasse bot einen schönen Ausblick sowohl auf die Berge wie auch aufs Dorf. An Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts – ob für einen kurzen Trip oder einen längeren Urlaub, hier ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das gesamte Gebäude wurde uns zufolge erst 2023 errichtet, was den erstklassigen Zustand und den hohen sowie ruhigen Wohnkomfort auch erklärt.

Auch die Parksituation war top: Unter den zur Unterkunft gehörenden Außenparkplätzen haben wir stets einen freien Platz gefunden. Alternativ steht eine Tiefgarage mit zugewiesenen, kostenpflichtigen Stellplätzen zur Verfügung (Hauptsaison 6 € pro Tag). Besonders erwähnenswert: Die Unterkunft ist auch für E-Auto-Fahrer bestens geeignet – in der Tiefgarage gibt es zwei Ladestationen zu fairen Preisen (aktuell 0,45 € pro kWh).

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel (Eurospar und MPreis) sind in direkter Umgebung vorhanden.

Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt – gerne wieder!

Cons:

Ausbaufähig wäre einzig das Frühstück: Die Auswahl ist zwar etwas überschaubar, dafür überzeugt das Angebotene aber auf ganzer Linie – sowohl geschmacklich als auch in der Qualität top.
