Dinlenmek için güzel bir yer.
Pros:

Tesis çok güzel ve temizdi. Aracım için park problemi yaşamadım. Havuz ve spa alanları çok kalabalık değildi. İçerde ve dışarda havuzun olması çok güzeldi. Restoran menüsü gayet yeterliydi. Hamburger ve makarnalarını çok sevdik. Kahvaltı ise gayet doyurucu bir açık büfeydi.

Özel bir teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Restoran bölümünde çalışan üç hanım çalışana sonsuz minnettarız. (Andrea, ismini hatırlamadığım uzun zayıf kadın ve yine ismini hatırlamadığım kızı olan gözlüklü esmer hanım) bize sürekli yardımcı oldular ve güler yüzlü davrandılar.

Cons:

Restoranda görevli iki erkek ve biraz kilolu esmer bir kadın vardı. Onlar bize karşı nezaketsiz davrandılar. Onun haricinde her şey güzeldi.

Nu recomand pentru pretul pe care il practica, nu mai vin aici
Pros:

Nu este nimic ce pot sa spun ca mi-a placut. Poate design-ul cladirii cu zona spa/restaurant.

Cons:

Mirosul urat din camere, acoperit de parfum puternic, personalul foarte dubios si neprofesionist, ascuns pe dupa te miri ce colturi si panouri la vorba si tigara, dar daca vrei ceva de la bar nu e nimeni. Spatiile comune intretinute destul de prost. In general un loc care nu isi merita nota pe Booking, nu reflecta realitatea, nu inteleg de unde o are. As putea spune si ca m-am simtit putin in nesiguranta cand vine vorba de bunuri, nu stiu de ce. Asta a fost senzatia.

Excelent!
Pros:

Locatia foarte buna,liniște,mic dejun diversificat.Am servit și prânzul în restaurant.Mancarea este excelentă Personalul foarte amabil și prompt.Curatenie exemplară peste tot:la piscine,în hotel,camere..Jos palaria!

Good hotel and SPA facilities
Pros:

The location was very good and had all the desired facilities that we wanted. The breakfast was diverse and we had a good time in the hotel and SPA facility.

Pros:

Locatia foarte frumoasa, chiar pe malul Oltului.
Mic dejun bogat, stil bufet suedez, care satisface toate gusturile.
Camerele decente, cu mobilier nou.

Cons:

Am rezervat si am platit integral sejurul cu 2 luni inainte, cu specificatia clara ca vreau o camera cu balcon.
Am avut neplacuta surpriza sa mi se dea o camera fara balcon.
Din pacate, politica hotelului nu permite rambursarea, ceea ce este incorect fata de clientii de buna-credinta..
A doua zi am fost mutat intr-o camera cu balcon.
Mancarea este foarte gustoasa, dar pretul este totusi cam mare. Am preferat sa mananc in alta parte.
