Atendimento pouco resolutivo e frio com os clientes. Na chegada tive problema no ar condicionado do quarto, me colocaram em outro. Mas no outro dia me trocaram de quarto novamente pois pediram para gente mudar de quarto pois o que estava era mais caro e que para permanecer teria que pagar mais 150,00 tive que voltar da praia para mudar de quarto que estavam me ligando, e voltar ao quarto que tinha consertado o Ar condicionado, mas permaneceu com problema. Além tambem do café da manhã desorganizado, as mesas quando desocupavam não tinha limpeza, tinhamos que comer com a mesa suja do pessoal anterior. O estacionamento tambem não é suficiente para atender a demanda de clientes ficando o carro na rua sujeito a multa.

Gostei bastante do atendimento, todos super simpáticos, solicitos e agradáveis.

Cons:

Esperava mais do café da manhã, as frutas eram passadas, e o sabor e opções de sucos muito ruins.

Localização excelente. Uma pequena quadra da melhor praia na minha opinião. Café da manhã muito bom. Excelente custo benefício.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el personal muy amable. Siempre que llegábamos las habitaciones estaban limpias y las toallas cambiadas. El desayuno estaba bien solo debería tener un poco más de variedad.
