Pros:

The surrounding and atmosphere was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast egg section was quite slow and also the shampoo didn't refill .

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, its really super experience to stay at this hotel.
Pros:

The rooms are super clean and the customer services provided by staff are excellent.

Cons:

Just need some improvement at the poolside which already are under progress

Cons:

Breakfast buffet is not good as before. Very limited choices. Standards dropped. Cleanliness of the room also and toilet ia bad. Even the toiletries was bad, not complete unlike before.

Recommend Hotel to Stay in Batam and Affordable.
Pros:

The hotel location is strategic, the facility and the staff is good. The spa massage inside the hotel is so good. No need to go out , they can come to our room. Really good 👍

Cons:

The breakfast is not too tasty.
