Absence klimatizace, opravdu velký hluk z ulice - stará netěsnící okna, nepohodlné vrzající postele, nedostatečný úklid, průměrná snídaně-á la carte, prostory nádvoří jsou večer pod zámkem - přitom máte elektronické zámky, dalo by se řešit funkčněji, večer můžete sedět tak maximálně na vyhřátém pokoji, zařízení - retro “luxus”

Rád bych poděkoval za krásný pobyt v Hotelu Na Zámečku v Ústí nad Orlicí. Ubytování bylo opravdu nádherné, čisté a velmi příjemné. Velkým zážitkem byly snídaně – skvělé, bohaté a s úžasným výběrem.

Večer jsme si dali výborné zákusky a musím vyzdvihnout také velice ochotnou obsluhu, která s námi zůstala i po zavírací době. To se dnes jen tak nevidí a velmi si toho vážíme.

Jako motorkáři jsme ocenili možnost zaparkovat motorky pod střechou, navíc na místě hlídaném kamerou, což pro nás bylo velké plus.

Celkově jsme byli maximálně spokojeni a hotel můžeme s čistým svědomím doporučit. Rádi se sem znovu vrátíme.

Great little town in rural area, and the bed and breakfast here was great.
Pros:

Very clean and nice. The staff was excellent in welcoming. The food for breakfast and lunch was awesome.

Cons:

We were fine in May, but without air conditioning - this might be issue in the Summer for some.
