Really clean comfortable place with very helpful owners
Pros:

Spotlessly clean. Really helpful owners.
We arrived late and left early.
The owners could not have been more obliging and helpful.
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
The owners made us sone sandwiches as we left too early for breakfast.

Pros:

Günstig, gut an den Black Mountains gelegen, schnelles WLAN, unkomplizierter Check-In, sauber.

Cons:

Wenn in der Buchung von kleinen Zimmern die Rede ist, ist auch wirklich klein gemeint. Länger würde ich hier nicht bleiben wollen.
Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist laut, falls man die Fenster öffnen will.

Would stay again and recommend to anyone wanting to be in this particular area.
Pros:

Very friendly hosts, lovely room, soft sheets and comfy bed, perfect location for our needs. Weather was extremely hot so the fridge in the room was essential for keeping drinks cold.

Great location, clean, comfortable and very friendly staff and customers.
Pros:

We have stayed before so knew what to expect and was not disappointed. The food is amazing and freshly cooked by the lovely Claire. You always get a warm welcome from the owners and their family and friends. Its a real home-from-home place. Nothing fancy but everything you need and they go above and beyond to ensure you have a nice stay. Great location for a very interesting area. Comfortable and very clean. Spare fans left on the landing for use in the hot weather a nice touch.

Very relaxing stay with excellent food and service.
Pros:

The room was basic but very cosy and clean and had everything I needed. Claire was really helpful and friendly. Dinner in the evening was amazing and really good value for money. Breakfast was great too. Would definitely return.

Worth every penny with these excellent hosts.
Pros:

From the outset Claire and Neil were excellent hosts. They showed me to my comfortable room, stowed my bike and showed me the lay of the land in terms of food and amenities in the local area.

Claire et son mari sont très chaleureux et accueillants. Discrets, et en même temps très prévenants. La chambre est hyper confortable et lumineuse, ainsi que très bien équipée. Surpris par l'aspect extérieur, c'est le meilleur séjour de notre voyage de 11 jours au pays de Galles. Calme et silence. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel les 2 soirs: plats maisons copieux et délicieux. Large choix pour le petit déjeuner préparé à la demande. un grand merci......
