O ambiente é bonito pra foto e super aesthetic.

Many reviews talk about mold and got me worried. I didn't see any in my room.
The A/C in the room was a nice break from the heat and humidity of the city.
The room had no windows so there was no natural light and no "fresh" air. The walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling so I could constantly hear my British neighbours.
The sheets were visibly old with holes in them.
It didn't feel like the cleanest of hostel, like the bathrooms did not feel that clean.

La vista hacia afuera muy buena, el personal bien, amable en su gran mayoría.Cuando salí del hotel dejé,Ias gafas, regresé y me ayudaron a encontrarlas. Fueron muy amables.

Me dijeron que me daban un cóctel de bienvenida, fuí al bar y la muchacha no me lo ofreció, como si selo sirvió a otras personas 🤔🙁, muy mal ahí.

Super Lage. Sehr schöner Innenhof mit Pool und oben gemütlicher Sofabereich. Leckeres Frühstück. Nutzbare Küche. Betten im Schlafsaal mit Vorhang und Schrank. Klimaanlage im Zimmer.
Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte oft sehr desinteressiert, wenig aufmerksam und unfreundlich. Der Kühlschrank ist immer voll und es gibt kaum Platz für die Gäste. Küche insgesamt nicht ganz so gepflegt. Die Mädels, die als Freiwillige gearbeitet haben, waren allerdings super!
Fueron muy amables conmigo cumpliendo con todas las peticiones que hice, el servicio de lavandería tuve que utilizarlo de emergencia a última hora y me lo resolvieron para poder viajar con la ropa seca ❤️

Terrible el olor a moho en la habitación, hacen aseo día de por medio y en general todo se ve sucio.
Dejé mi maleta en el locker por 2 días y toda mi ropa quedó oliendo a moho impresionante!

In reception c'era un volontario gli ho chiesto consigli per tour non sapeva che dire mi ha dato un QR code per prenotare e mi sono trovato malissimo non mi mandavano la ricevuta di pagamento... Piuttosto non consigliate niente, o almeno formate i volontari, già non li pagate... Camere umide, super ventilate con condizionatori ecc, ma veramente umide, tutta la Costa nord è così ma bisogna sistemare a livello strutturale...
Acqua tiepida in doccia... Non è la prima volta che succede capisco che fa caldo ma se uno sta male come nel mio caso e vuole farsi la doccia calda... Nulla
