Las voluntarias super amables unas chicas francesas y unas argentinas siempre atentas. La limpieza 10/10 y el desayuno riquisimo y abundante
Location was very safe and staff was friendly. Not many spoke English though. Amenities were great, even storage room. 3 cats were a bonus for my trip. Good breakfast and amazing pool.
Lower bunk beds were empty, why offer upper ones is unclear to me. No internet signal in the rooms. AC was operated at night only.
Casa Zahri is located at the end of the Getsemani quarter and is designated and decorated with very good style.
The swimming pool is great to cool down during the warm days of Cartagena.
Nice breakfast that you need to choose among the 3 daily options that they offer and served by lovely girls who were taking care of everyone and you can use the kitchen too.
Appreciated that the bed has curtains to enjoy more privacy and the air conditioning from the room.

It's a pity that the promenade in front of the hostel is not always open to enjoy anytime the views and the sea.

El hostal tiene un grave problema de higiene. Había cucarachas que se subían en las camas, telarañas en los lockers. No limpiaron la habitación ningún día de mi estadía. Al reclamar, el personal me dijo que no tenían autorización para hacer aseo si alguien de la habitación no autorizaba y que debía esperar a un experto por el tema de las plagas. Por este riesgo sanitario, tuve que abandonar el lugar antes de tiempo y buscar otro hostal. No lo recomiendo.

Didn't really have breakfast there - just grabbed some fruit and a coffee, but staff were friendly and accommodating.
The bathroom design - weirdly shaped doorway made both me and my partner smack our heads on it, and no doors separating the bathroom doesn't exactly give the sometimes needed privacy

El cuarto al ser compartido estuvo un poco desordenado dejaban las cosas tiradas y algunas obstruían el paso.

La habitación privada muy linda y amplia, cómoda, piscina grande, estábamos cerca de todo y los gatitos que se encuentran ahí son lo más lindo que tiene el hostal 🫶🏼
No nos gustó que el baño no tenga puerta y que había un poco de desorden. Muchos zapatos en los pisos y ropa colgada en todos lados de los demás turistas, no se podía apreciar las instalaciones lindas del lugar por lo mismo. solo eso! Lo demás todo lindo

Mi cama, contaba con sabanas y almohada sucias y/o manchadas lo cuál sugiero que estos elementos no reutilizarlos si ya presentan algún desgaste o mucho uso.

Really enjoyed our stay here, staff was really friendly and the breakfasts were outstanding compared to other places. Really appreciated the welcome drink as well, very tasty! Place was also kept very clean.
A bit pricey, but compared to other places in the area, a dorm is affordable for what you get! :)
