Um cheiro de esgoto no quarto, tentei trocar por outro, mas estava cheirando mofo. Já fiquei 3 anos hospedada e nos outros anos foi boa, é principalmente a atenção dos funcionário, mas este ano foi umas das piores que tive.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro y terminal de bus, y al frente del rio, evitando asi la concentracion y ruido. La habitacion es comoda y funcional. Muy bueno el desayuno y personal amable y dispuestos a ayudar. Muy buena opcion en precio y calidad!

Cons:

El bano emitia cierto olor a desague. Las habitaciones que dan hacia el patio y pileta estan mas expuestas, mejor pedir las que dan al balcon. Las areas en comunes producen cierto eco que llegan facilmente a las habitaciones.

Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, equipe muito atenciosa. A pessoa da recepção foi muito atenciosa e nos ajudou bastante. Como chegamos pela manhã e o check-in só seria à tarde, ele gentilmente guardou nossas malas enquanto saímos para conhecer a cidade. Assim, pudemos aproveitar o dia tranquilamente e voltamos apenas no horário do check-in. Foi um atendimento muito prestativo e fez toda a diferença na nossa chegada.

Pros:

-El desayuno es excelente, variado y de buena calidad, horario un poco acotado hasta las 9 pero en general la gente sale temprano del hotel.

Cons:

- Las instalaciones se encuentran en reparación para la temporada de verano, por lo que hay algunas areas que no se encuentran operativas (hamacas, pileta).

- Las habitaciones que dan directamente hacia la pileta poseen una ventana balcon tapadas con un blackout que no bloquea totalmente la luz del sol ni la iluminacion de la pileta.

- Todo esto no hace que la experiencia sea mala, pero si le resta un punto.

Premetto che la struttura è in ristrutturazione e forse siamo stati noi sfortunati ad avere la "camera vista piscina"... in ristrutturazione.
Morale della favola, ci è stata assegnata la stanza fuori dalla struttura, fronte piscina vuota in mezzo ai lavori, camera vecchia molto fatiscente con doccia pico funzionante, senza sapone e con puzza di muffa. Il primo giorno ci siamo svegliati anche senza luce, poi prontamente risolta dallo staff molto cardiale e gentile. Inoltre in due giorni non si sono degnati né di pulire, né di cambiare le asciugamani o mettere la carta igienica. Insomma un po' troppo per un tre stelle.
