Convenient hotel with friendly staff and reasonable cost.
Pros:

The location close to the Metro centre & decent parking

Cons:

No fridge in our room- we expected one in a 4 star hotel! Also, the pool was disappointing because it wasn’t deep enough to swim in.

Usually go there every year but not anymore. Very disappointed.
Pros:

Cons:

The bed was awful. After checking out and getting home, everyone was getting rashes on their arms and legs.

Pros:

Ice machine outside our room was very convenient. Blackout curtains were great also. Large parking lot and walking distance of metro centre. Cannot comment on leisure/spa facilities as I did not go.

Cons:

A/C could have been stronger.

Perfect location and very kind staff
Pros:

The pool facilities were fantastic and the staff were very friendly, kind and accommodating. Room was large and well ventilated too.

Central for Metro Centre and staff are brilliant.
Pros:

Great friendly staff and I discovered a new cocktail I like - Cherry Dinosaur (well this is what I called it). Rooms were kept clean and it also has a pool which I totally missed when booking it. AC was available in the room , which was brilliant as it was the hot weekend in May.
Lovely planting by main entrance.

Cons:

Bed mattress is soft so may not be suitable for all people. Pool was closed for one day but for a very good reason and you can't fault the staff for that. Inflatables I know are fun for kids but the pool really isn't large enough for them, especially when it gets busy.
Disabled parking bays are oddly painted and are not clearly laid out.
