Amazing base for mountain adventure with all the perks to relax at the end of the day
Pros:

Awesome room, location and facilities. There’s nothing like the cool pool with a view of the massive Dachstein peaks right in front. Heaven!

My special compliments to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and kitchen crew, especially the Bosnian crew who were extraordinarily cheerful, helpful and hardworking.

Wir sind rundum zufrieden gewesen und empfehlen das Hotel zu 100% weiter!
Pros:

Wir haben als Paar wunderschöne Tage in diesem wundervollen Hotel verbracht. Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen sympathisch, herzlich und immer freundlich.
Besonders der Service im Restaurant verdient ein großes Lob – einfach erstklassig! Auch die Damen an der Rezeption waren jederzeit sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich sofort willkommen gefühlt hat.
Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Bergblick und der Ausblick war einfach traumhaft. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Reinigung hervorragend – hier wird wirklich auf jedes Detail geachtet.
Der SPA-Bereich lässt keine Wünsche offen und lädt wunderbar zum Entspannen ein.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und reisen nun mit einem weinenden Auge ab.
Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne Auszeit am Dachstein.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, gute Ausstattung und freundliches Personal. Der Rooftop-Pool mit der Aussicht auf den Dachstein ist das gewisse Extra.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel in toller Lage mit Blick auf den Dachstein. Leider hatten wir trotz gebuchtem Bergblick keinen Dachstein-Blick (da überall um das Hotel Berge sind, zählt das wohl alles als "Bergblick" ;) das Frühstück war auch toll und die Auswahl mehr als ausreichend. Nur der Kaffee hat uns leider nicht so gut geschmeckt. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr sauber, neu und zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts war kaum was los. Der Ort Ramsau ist leider etwas verschlafen, es gibt fußläufig nur wenige Restaurants. Allerdings ist es dadurch auch sehr ruhig, was auch seinen Charme hat. Mit der Gästekarte sind sehr viele Attraktionen, Bergbahnen etc inbegriffen und man spart sich sehr viel Geld.

Ein perfekter Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Ich bin zusammen mit meiner Mum gereist. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und großes Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Halbpension. Alles war sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es gab u.a. frisches Obst, Eier, verschiedene Säfte, Wurst, Käse, Tomaten etc., alles was das Herz begehrt.
Beim Abendessen konnte man sich Salat vom Buffet nehmen, dann gab es eine Vorspeise, Suppe, Hauptgericht (wählbar zwischen vegan, vegetarisch, Fisch und Fleisch), Dessert. Das Essen war sehr lecker und sehr schön angerichtet. Sowohl die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück, als auch beim Abendessen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Ich kann das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen und werde definitiv, bei einem nächsten Urlaub am Dachstein, wieder dort übernachten.

Pros:

Familiengeführtes Hotel mit sehr sympathischen Eigentümern. Ich habe wertvolle Wandertourentipps bekommen. Der Umgang mit den Gästen war allgemein auffallend bemüht.
Da fühlt man sich insbesondere als Alleinreisende gut aufgehoben.
Die Küche ist auch top.
