Fantastic a wonderful experience.
Pros:

Perfect location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Always greeted you and enquired if there was anything they could help you with. Very homely. The spa treatments were amazing.

Cons:

Shower head needs renewing and a more thorough clean.

Very relaxing stay.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful -- courteous, helpful, pleasant and friendly. The food was mostly good, with two exceptions (Thai fishcakes had no taste and chips were not cooked long enough). Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices including fresh fruit, juices, toast, pastries, cereals and hot meals with eggs, porridge, waffles, etc. Location made for a very easy stroll to Queen Street and King Street. The spa was nice and I enjoyed a massage and facial.

Cons:

The outdoor pool was nice, but more the size of a large jacuzzi and the tiles need to be replaced. There were a couple of days when noone cleaned the pool, but when asked about it the hotel staff did so. Apparently they depend on a company to take care of it. Some of the plants were overgrown such as the fuschia and in the pool -- when I suggested cutting them back the hotel staff did so immediately The sink in the bathroom was bizarrely low. Disappointed the spa didn't have anyone to do manicures or pedicures as the person was on holiday.

Relaxing atmosphere, great food, short walk from St Helier Town Centre and Harbour
Pros:

My family and I stayed for three nights at The Club Hotel and Spa, St Helier arriving Monday 20th, departing Thursday 24th July. We were greeted by two very professional and friendly staff members, who served us Prosecco (orange juice for our youngest) before taking our bags to our suite. We were kindly taken on a tour of the hotel facilities and informed of the times for meals and how to book spa treatments etc.
We stayed in a suite overlooking the outdoor pool with two rooms, two bathrooms and hallway. The suite was very well presented and equipped with large TV in both rooms, very comfortable king size bed in one room and sofa bed and collapsible bed in the other. An extensive assortment of complimentary teas, coffees, bottled waters and toiletries were provided and replenished each day, as too were slippers and gowns for use in the suite or when going to the spa. One room also had a mini bar, although we did not use this.
Our package included use of the hotel outdoor pool and spa facilities of indoor pool, salt room, and sauna that we found very quiet and calming. Spa treatments were available at additional cost, although our limited stay did not allow us to take advantage of this offering.
We also enjoyed breakfast that was included. This was excellent with a buffet of cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, pastries, cereals and seasonal fruits with various juices, Prosecco, water and Jersey milk all on offer. Hot drinks and foods were selected from a menu and served to our table with my family and I enjoying fresh filter coffee and deliciously cooked eggs royal, poached eggs and haddock, salmon with scrambled egg and eggs benedict.
Staff were always very courteous and attentive throughout our stay. It was also a pleasure to meet General Manager Tim Phillips who enquired about our stay and ensured everything was to our satisfaction.
The hotel has two restaurants serving food for lunch and evening, although we opted on our short stay to explore St Helier with its many pubs and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of St Heliers visitor attractions including the harbour, Maritime Museum, Elizabeth Castle, and sandy beaches.
We highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, great food and convenience for St Helier town centre, harbour and visitor attractions.
Thank you to all staff that made us welcome and our visit enjoyable. We hope to see you again in the near future.

Nice stay, good location, areas of improvement
Pros:

Location is great - only a 10 min walk down to the main shopping/restaurant areas. Free parking is also really handy if you have a hire car for exploring the island. Staff were welcoming, the hotel was clean and house keeping attended at reasonable times (not too early). Hotel was nice and quiet.
We only ate in the hotel once and the price was reasonable but both sandwiches very dry/stale. Downfall for me would be the spa. It was too cold for outdoor pool during our stay, so only had access to the indoor pool. There are no loungers or seats next to the indoor pool which I find quite odd/there is no where to relax in between swimming or after swimming, just had to be a case of getting changed and going back to room. Instead of any seats/loungers there are just these large rocks, unsure on purpose. There was a seating area in a separate room next to the spa only available to those who had booked and bought a treatment (treatment list was pricey and I was told there were no suitable options for any treatments for pregnant guests so couldn’t make use of any treatments unfortunately).
One thing I would suggest is more irons/ironing boards as you have to call reception for this to be brought to your room. Sometimes there was a short wait for one some days, and others more than 30 mins wait. This resulted in us being unable to wait for an iron one night due to a dinner reservation and had to go in our day clothes or miss this reservation.
Overall it was a nice stay but with areas for improvement in my view.

Gorgeous hotel
Pros:

Had a lovely week with my Mum in this gorgeous hotel. Staff very friendly, rooms spotless and spacious, very good food both at breakfast and in the restaurant. Welcome drink on arrival. Great location for a wander into St Helier. Lovely outside pool area. Was also a spa with indoor pool- didn’t use as weather was too nice to be inside

Ideal location, but disappointment with standards
Pros:

The location was ideal, a short walk from the centre and quiet, unlike some of the other hotels, that being on the front were subject to the noise of the bars. Happy with the location.

The bed was comfy.

The restaurant we visited once and the meal was delicious.

Cons:

The room, whilst the bed was comfy, the room was not the cleanest, there was a resident cobweb, grouting in the bathroom was stained, the bath took 20 minutes to fill up. The toilet seat was not fitted properly and no toilet brush.

We had to ask twice for tea bags and we were only given biscuits on day 1 of a 7 night stay.

Inconsistency in the breakfast room. Toast, a minor irritation, but please be consistent, 5 days of only 2 rounds of toast, and 2 with 3. You need to have standards.

Long Weekend
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at The Club. Made good use of the pool area with sun loungers and the breakfast had good options. We even got a breakfast box to take away on the last day as we had an early flight.

On arrival Vanessa was so friendly, she gave us a welcome Prosecco and a tour of the hotel.

All the staff were super friendly at the bar, at the breakfast and reception. Would thoroughly recommend.

A Gem!
Pros:

What a wonderful place to stay, in a really good location. Breakfast very good with a good amount of choices, outdoor pool was a welcome relief in the heatwave. The room was cleaned every day and always smelled fresh when we returned after our days out. Can’t find any reason to give any negative feedback. Special thank you to Barbara and Christopher for their help and attention to detail. Will definitely stay again. Room 216 👍🌞

I do not want to sound negative, as we had a lovely stay, and would stay there again The food, staff, were lovely and g
Pros:

The room was nice and comfortable, staff friendly with great service. The restaurant food was very good. Good location.Breakfast excellent. Did not go in the pool but looked inviting.

Cons:

The bathroom shower screen, at the bottom had built up limescale. The terrace area needs an updated, some of the wooden seating rotting. This area also needs a bar, the outside bar was not open and looked very shabby. This area needs a daily cleaning check as there were also birds dropping poo. We did have service for some drinks from staff otherwise you had to go down to the restaurant bar to get a drink and bring it back up the stairs. The rugs in the entrance need a good clean.

Slightly disappointed in room. Bohemia bar was lifeless with no atmosphere. Food average
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Booked a studio. My understanding was this would provide a large double plus a single bed. Did not expect a camp bed!

Cons:

Room was cramped. Swimming pools small
