Disappointed in the quality of the restaurant meals including the Michelin star restaurant

The spa was excellent and all hotel staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room had lots of faults some clearly been there for some considerable time - unable to close bathroom door
Electrical fault bed reading light - failed to be fixed
Refrigerator not working but not noticed until final day

Pros:

A little tired and could do with some love in places but overall a nice place.

Cons:

They didn’t offer any vegan mains, despite me messaging weeks in advance to check and they said they’d arrange, but they hadn’t and so we ended up at the local co-op at gone 9pm to get a snack!!

Excellent hotel
Pros:

What a fabulous hotel , the staff were superb from arrival to departure, nothing was to much trouble . The rooms are extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean , breakfast is lovely, so much choice and top quality produce . The location of the hotel is good, only a 10 minute walk to the shops, harbour and bus station, I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return

Overpriced and needs a facelift in parts

Friendly staff food was ok good breakfast

Cons:

Aircon wasn’t working properly for 2 nights until the filter was cleaned or the salt cabin steam room that was definitely not working for 3 out of 4 days. Terrace was very dirty bird poo everywhere and an ants nest meant there were ants everywhere

Excellent location. Situated between town & beach so both easily accessible. Clean, relaxing & friendly staff.

Nice quiet hotel, away from any noise but a short stroll into the town. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
