Pros:

Sehr gute Lage,u freundliches Personal, schöner Garten, gratis Parkplatz, Zimmer zum Garten war sehr ruhig

Cons:

teuer für ein 3Sterne Hotel, Interieur wie z.B. Teppich im Zimmer, nicht angemessen für diesen Preis

Stunning hotel but very expensive
Pros:

The location is brilliant and the pool is fantastic. The beds are comfortable.

Très bien situé : on a pu visiter la ville à pied et laisser la voiture au parking de l'hôtel
Pros:

Petit dej classique mais rien d'exceptionnel : viennoiseries, pain, beurre,confiture, jus oranges, petite charcuterie et fromage
Par contre top de prendre le petit dej dehors sous l'olivier
Parking pour la voiture dans l'hôtel (parking payant dans la rue)

Small friendly hotel with extremely helpful attentive staff.
Pros:

Very central to the shops and restaurant etc.
William welcomed us and told us all about the area and times for wine tours.
The breakfast room was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly.

Zentrales Hotel mit schönen Pool und Garten.

Der große Garten und der Pool waren unser Highlight.
Schöne Lage direkt in der Altstadt.
Klimaanlage

Cons:

Zimmer etwas altmodisch,
Bad nur mit Badewanne, beim Duschen wird alles nass.

Great staff especially William and great location.
Pros:

Great location and nice to have a pool.

Aircon wasn’t very good in our room but the staff were very accommodating and moved us to a different room.

Great location and parking.
Pros:

The location and it had parking. And air conditioning.

Cons:

The rooms need updating. The bath towels are thin. But for one night- it is totally fine. A little expensive, but that’s the price for the location in St Emilion.

Goed centraal gelegen met priveparkeren
Pros:

Zeer centraal gelegen in St Emilion met leuke ontbijt binnentuin. Priveparkeren bij het hotel is mogelijk maar vereist wat navigatie en stuurkunst om de smalle oplopende toegang via de centrale straatkant te bereiken. Het ontbijt was aardig met vriendelijke bediening maar die wel wat erg gehaast zijn... Koffie kan beter...

Cons:

Het hotel is outdated maar heeft wel bepaalde charme. De kamers zijn oudbollig en de badkamer laat te wensen over. De douchekop is op kniehoogte in het bad en spuit voor de helft op de grond. Goed voor mensen die niet langer zijn dan 90 cm. Er zijn geen parasols bij het zwembad en er is geen barservice dan alleen zelf weer naar binnen te lopen en wat bestellen. Wit of rode wijn en koeldrankjes. De achterkant is charmant met een tuin en de parkeergelegenheid. Nog een puntje: ga niet in de discussie met de receptionist als je een 'warme' rode wijn krijgt en vraagt waarom deze niet een beetje gekoeld is. 'Rode wijn wordt niet gekoeld in Frankrijk vraag mijn wijnfamilie maar...' ?? Dit hotel moet grondig geüpgraded worden en beter gemanaged. Jammer van zo'n locatie en wat je daar van zou kunnen maken... De toeristen komen toch wel... (Kijk naar eerdere opmerkingen over dezelfde dingen die al wat jaartjes oud zijn.)
