Staff was friendly breakfast was early and great
No hot water. Tried several times to take a hot shower and the water only got room temperature
Excellent location if you are coming or going to Edmonton, right off the highway. Simplest registration - give your name and they give you the room card. Breakfast was included and was quite good with hot food that included bacon, sausages, egg and pancakes. There were the usual dry cereals, yogurt and fresh fruit of banana and oranges.
This is an older building with limited plugins and no USB outlets. The beds were a bit on the soft side and the age of the building was showing a little. But they didn't charge a lot of money so it was still a fair deal.
The staff were incredible especially the front desk lady and the male 2nd floor housekeeper

We booked and paid for an Executive King Suite and were given a standard room with 2 double beds.
We did not get reimbursed in any way and we were not given an explanation for the changes.
Very disappointed.
Will never stay there again or book through Booking.com ever again.
The fact we didn't get the room we had booked or reimbursed in any way pretty much says it all.
The breakfast was good, kitchen eating area spotless.
Our room smelled horribly of smoke and just dirty carpet smell. There were many burns and stains on it also.
But since we had dog with us, did not complain.
The carpet needs to go. I need to wash all clothes I took whether I wore or not cut they stink.

Das Frühstück war quasi nicht vorhanden..Kaffeemaschine defekt und sonst nichts was man wirklich essen konnte ..viel abgepackte Sachen lieblos dargelegt .. naja .. ist wohl hier so üblich
The staff were very friendly. It was close to everything.
The shears were ripped and tattered. The rooms are not as sound proof as one would think. There was a lot of noise through the night coming from above.

Booked a king room and they had us in two doubles. They managed to get us a queen room. But paid the price of a king. Rooms were all messed up.

Staff was friendly kind knowledgeable..Breakfast was the best I've ever had with an exceptional amount of choices hot and cool. Parking was adequate. Housekeeping worked quickly to clean our room upon check in.
After check in room had not been cleaned had to wait over half hour for it to be cleaned. Furniture was dated and uncomfortable 🙃.
The breakfast had great selections and the breakfast staff did a great job.
More electrical outlets by the tables at breakfast.
