A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, with fabulous amenities throughout the hotel.
Unfassbarer Blick auf die Berge, moderne, puristische Zimmer mit ultra bequemen Betten, köstliches Essen (unbedingt die Halbpension wählen!) - das Saltus Team ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen.
Der Saunabereich ist wunderschön zwischen Bäumen gebaut, der Outdoor Pool hat die bekannten, wunderschöne Aussicht.
Morgendliche Yoga- oder Pilatessessions werden ebenfalls täglich angeboten.
Tolle Ausangslage für vielfältige Wanderungen. Der Bus fährt vor der Türe los, auch nach Bozen, wenn man einen Trip ins Tal plant.
Das Chefinnen-Team ist vor Ort, ansprechbar, packt mit an! Ein Betrieb mit Herz.

L'expérience culinaire a été absolument parfaite, la situation de l'hotel et la vue sur la forêt sont uniques. La piscine a debordements sur le toit est magnifique. J'adore aussi la salle de sport.J'ai beaucoup aimé les oeuvres/pièces artistiques de la première résidence d'artiste organisée par l'hotel. J'ai trouvé que le management faisait les choses avec amour et beaucoup de professionnalisme, belle rencontre avec Claudia qui m'a expliqué le fonctionnement de l'hotel.
Je suis venu à l'hotel au mauvais moment et avec de mauvais attentes, j'étais avec mon père et je voulais trouver un certain comfort classique qu'il n'y avait pas dans les chambres ; air conditionné, machine à café, gros oreillers ferme, il y'a aussi des problèmes avec la douche et des malentendus ou mauvaises informations sur les excursions autours. je recommande fortement de venir dans une approche calme en connection avec la nature pour profiter des hike, et de structures et activités de l'hotel ( yoga, meditation etc) Globally j'ai trouvé que les prix étaient un peu trop élévés par rapport à ma connaissance du monde de l'hotelerie - et l'hotel est quand même excentré si vous n'avez pas de voiture.

No air conditioning
So closing all windows because of the mosquitoes was not comfortable, no air flow .
Also website states that a Bozon pass is available yet it wasn’t?
Le camere sono molto belle, accoglienti e pulite. La vista sul bosco decisamente rilassante.
Ottima colazione, elegante e raffinata, con possibilità di scelta a buffet e alla carta.
La SPA è molto curata, dotata di saune e bagno turco, ma anche di un’ampia sala relax e snack room dove poter fare piccoli break con frutta secca, mele e tisane.
Molto bella la vista dalla Sky pool.
The rooms are very stylish and well designed, and it's a genuinely quiet place — perfect for clearing your head. There are a lot of well thought-out details. The Dolomites view from balcony is truly unique.
The restaurants close a bit early and 10:30 is a little early for checkout, but apart from that there were no issues. As a side note, using glass instead of metal railings on the balconies could have been a nice solution that doesn't block the view :))
Ein außergewöhnlicher Ort. Sehr nettes Team, sehr hilfsbereit. Leckeres Essen, toller Pool, tolle Sauna. Insgesamt sehr schön und entspannt. Tolle Zimmer.
Das ganze Hotelleben ist etwas mehr auf die Frühaufsteher als auf die Langschläfer ausgerichtet. Yoga Kurs um 08:00. Frühstück zwar bis 10:30, trotzdem die ersten Tage frühe Störung vom Zimmerservice… sorry, ich bin Langschläfer.

Everything was perfect
Nice architecture, perfect spa position, nice terrace. The location is stunning with sweeping views over the Dolomites, and the overall design of the hotel is calm and minimalist. The rooftop pool and spa area are lovely.
For €700/night, we expected much better attention to detail. Our room's toilet was dirty when we arrived, which was a poor first impression at this price point. The room also had no AC (which we knew in advance and accepted), but this meant we needed to keep the door open for airflow at times, and there was no protection against mosquitoes beyond a net on the window — no plug-in repellent or similar was provided. We ended up with mosquitoes in the room and lost an entire night's sleep before finally being given a solution the next day. Breakfast on the terrace was also frequently disrupted by wasps, with no visible measures in place (decoy stations, fans, or natural deterrents) to manage them. On top of that, our room door wasn't closing properly, which we reported to the front desk.
