Uitstekend!
Pros:

De plek is perfect, de ligging is geweldig, het meest vriendelijke personeel ooit. Het zwembad was heerlijk. We werden perfect geholpen, parkeren voor de deur. De kamer was ontzettend leuk en knus. In tegenstelling tot veel andere verblijven werkte de badkamer naar behoren. Hele leuke aankleding en heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

In het beddengoed zaten bloedsporen en haren. Verder was het perfect.

Very good value for money
Pros:

Very spacious and stylish rooms. Well-kept swimming pool with marvelous view over the valley. Very centrally located near centre of the old town and the castle on top of the hill. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. I would really recommend to anyone staying in Gjirokastra.

The location was excellent, close to the new bazaar and castle, but far enough for a quiet night for sleeping. Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast, refreshing pool, parking. Our host was so helpful and his suggestions were welcome. We went to all his suggested restaurants, they were excellent!!

An exciting and unforgetable adventure into the stunning Albanian Mountains
Pros:

Lovely hotel in breathtaking location on the hill above Gyrocaster town, with a giant medieval castle on top of the hill and
hundreds of ancient houses located on its slopes. Steep winding roads to reach the hotel. A real adventure.

Cons:

Nothing, The owner and his staff were always helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt unterhalb der Burg, kurz oberhalb der Altstadt. Beides gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. Aber das ist Voraussetzung für einen Besuch von Gjirokaster.
Das Hotel ist nicht einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen, aber der Chef ist mit allem behilflich. Wir erhielten schon am Vorabend mehrere Nachrichten von ihm mit Hinweisen. Sehr schönes Frühstück, es wird an den Tisch gebracht, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Und bei Bedarf wird nachgereicht. Zur Erfrischung gibt es einen kleinen Pool mit mehreren Liegen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owners are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The location is ideal—right in the heart of the city, yet in a peaceful and quiet area, allowing for both convenience and relaxation. The property itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms that feel like a charming historic home, featuring distinctive traditional furnishings and plenty of character. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.

The hotel also offers excellent facilities, including a lovely swimming pool and a generous breakfast with a wide variety of options. The Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout our stay. Overall, an outstanding place to stay, combining comfort, charm, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended.

Super endroit pour Gjirokaster, allez-y les yeux fermés
Pros:

Plus que parfait! La déco est ravissante, l'hôtel est ultra propre, la literie giga confortable, la piscine est rafraîchissante et les proprios sont aux petits soins. Le petit dej est super copieux et succulent. L'hôtel est situé presque dans le centre mais on entend rien la nuit. Je recommande +++ Un petit plus pour le proprio qui nous a offert sa place de parking à côté de l'hôtel et nous a envoyé un message whatsapp avec toutes les visites à faire et des conseils pour les meilleurs restaurants du coin.

The location is fantastic, very comfortable beds. The pool area is lovely. Great breakfast and friendly staff, they gave us a whole itinerary for a day walking tour which was very helpful plus restaurant reccomendations wich was great as the choice can be a little overwhelming

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Frühstücksangebot war umfassend, von süß bis kräftig, gab es für jeden Geschmack etwas. Parkplätze waren kostenfrei am Hotel zu finden. Nach der Stadtbesichtigung konnte man gut am Pool relaxen. Aber das Beste an der Unterkunft ist der Gastgeber. Er ist immer da, wenn er gebraucht wird. Er hilft bei Problemen und man kann ihn fragen, wenn es um Besichtigungen oder die Weiterreise geht. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt in Gjirokastra.

La situation de l’hôtel à deux pas de la vieille ville. L’accueil formidable du propriétaire (nous étions perdus dans Gjirokastra et la personne est venue nous guider avec sa propre voiture). Et en plus une très belle chambre. Merci pour votre accueil !

Excellent without being ovepriced

The thing is, it's not listed as a luxury hotel, but you really couldn't ask for more. It was elegant, clean, and comfortable. A great base to explore Gjirokaster.
