Dissapointed with staff
Pros:

Near to highway

Cons:

Usually, my previous stays were ok, but this time the experience was very disappointing.

The toilet was very dirty, and when I informed the staff, the response was simply "oh..." with no apparent action taken. The bedsheet got few stain.

The air conditioner was not working properly throughout the night, making it very uncomfortable until around 4:00 a.m.

There was also a strong cigarette smell along the corridor leading to the room and around the room area.

I hope the hotel will improve its cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service, as this stay was far below the standard I had experienced before.

Cons:

Cleanliness not satisfactory; can not pay with a VISA card. Bad soundproofing; other room doors open and close can be heard loudly. Hard to find parking for car.

The room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The water on the bathroom floor was stagnant. The bedsheets were not properly washed as there were some stains on it. The hot water from the shower was not hot enough. There was no water dispenser available in the hotel.
