Pros:

We left a passport behind and staff went above and beyond to locate it for us. They always make sure we are happy and comfortable during our stays, thats why we no longer stay anywhere else!

Pros:

Superior location, quiet, specious apartment competative price/quality ration.
Pros:

Extremely close to the very heart of Sandton from the Raphael Suites to the Mandela Square is less then 2 minutes by an indoor connection.

Cons:

Damp odour in isle on second level, there is clearly a humidity issue.
