Pros:

The manager was amazing, so helpful, friendly and accommodating whatever we needed. As soon as we arrived, he helped us to buy tickets for Machu Picchu, when we’d thought we would have to wait until the following morning. He also made a delicious breakfast! The room itself was simple but clean, with a comfortable bed and quiet at night - I slept really well.

Un très bon séjour pour une courte durée
Pros:

La gentillesse de notre hôte, ses nombreux conseils et la préparation d’un petit déjeuner à emporter pour notre départ très matinal au machu Picchu. La localisation de l’hôtel. Le calme.

The staff proactiveness and eagerness to help. They prepared a breakfast kit because we had to leave before breakfast time to machu picchu.

Nothing to complain about. But I’d mention that the stairs are very steep and it would be an issue for those with reduced mobility.

A hidden gem in the middle of Aguas Calientes. Awesome place to stay while exploring Machu Picchu!
Pros:

It delivered what was promised. Superb location, everything was clean, fully operational bathroom (hoy water!) and the staff (family owned and operated business!) was very attentive.

Bueno para pasar la noche - buena relacion precio-valor
Pros:

Buena opcion para solo dormir, es un Hotel pequeno, nada lujoso, esta cerca de la estacion del Tren, dan buen desayuno, esta ubicado justo al lado del Mercado Municipal, tiene lo basico para dormir y descansar, por el precio y la ubicacion vale la pena. El Senor de la recepcion tuvo la gentileza de que vieramos primero dos opciones de habitacion y escogieramos la que mejor nos pareciera.

Cons:

La ventana daba hacia la calle y como hasta las 10:00 pm se escucha algo de ruido de la calle, pero como comenté anteriormente no es nada lujoso, no podia esperar mas por el precio.
