Ein Geburtstag über den Wolken – und der Wunsch, wiederzukommen! 🏔️

Ein wunderbarer Ort in den Bergen! 🏔️

Wir haben hier meinen 60. Geburtstag gefeiert – und diese Nacht auf dem Klausenpass werde ich ganz bestimmt nicht vergessen. Die fantastische Lage, die Berge, die Ruhe, die besondere Atmosphäre und das sehr freundliche Personal haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht.

Das Hotel ist modern und gemütlich, das Essen war sehr gut, und man fühlt sich hier einfach willkommen.

Das schönste Kompliment, das ich einem Hotel machen kann: Ich möchte noch in dieser Saison wiederkommen!

Un hôtel isolé tout en haut d’un col à 2000m, une vue inoubliable
Pros:

Hôtel récent, grande chambre, vue incroyable, calme et très propre. Emplacement unique une expérience à ne pas rater

Cons:

Aucun rangement dans la chambre
Cuisine très décevante sur plusieurs plats
Petit déjeuner succinct, pain sans goût. Dommage, cela gâche le séjour et il n y a aucune alternative autour

Lovely, comfortable stay with stunning views
Pros:

Excellent stay at the Hotel Klausenpass. The hotel is well appointed with stunning views of the mountains. Staff at reception were very welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. As the hotel is situated on the main Klausenpass road (which is busy with bikes, motorbikes and sports cars) the windows were triple glazed, which did a good job of keeping the noise down.

Cons:

Unfortunately the weather was quite hot when we were there (and no AC - which is normal) - but the road was noisy if we opened the windows. Therefore it was a bit of a balance between keeping the room cool or quiet. We enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant, but unfortunately we felt a bit invisible to staff. After we were shown to our table, nobody came with menus or offered drinks and we eventually had to flag someone down. Similarly, it was very difficult to get the wine menu and we had to ask several times. Other diners in the restaurant seemed to be well attended to, and staff in general were helpful and friendly, so I'm not sure what was going on there...

Praktisch, schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Super Idee, dass es für die Wanderer Hausschuhe gibt

Cons:

Frühstückauswahl war okay. Vereinzelte Angestellte waren nicht freundlich.

Bel emplacement de l'hôtel
Chambre vraiment bien décoré et confortable, apart le lit mais ça c'est un avis personnel.

Cons:

Malheureusement le petit déjeuner n'étais pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on connait en Suisse. Et il n'y avait pas de petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre.

Hotel Klausenpass - herzliche Gastfreundschaft, ausgezeichnete Küche und eine traumhafte Aussicht!

Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sorgte dafür, dass ich mich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlte. Die Halbpension war ein echtes Highlight – sowohl das Abendessen als auch das Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet. Besonders gefreut habe ich mich über das saubere Eckzimmer mit seiner herrlichen Aussicht. Das bequeme Bett rundete den rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt perfekt ab.
