Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und richtig gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und lecker.

Cons:

Die Neonlampe über dem Bett.
Die Toilette und Dusche waren auf dem Flur. Aber das wusste ich ja vorher und habe mich darauf eingestellt.

La ubicación excelente. El desayuno estaba incluido y era variado, incluía huevos duros, panificados, mermeladas, quesos y jamones, mantecas, yogurt, cereales, fruta.

Cons:

No había ventiladores e hicieron 30 grados de temperatura. Las ventanas no insonorizan lo suficiente, y si bien no es una calle donde pasen coches, se escucha mucho a los turistas

The location was good and the staff friendly, but our room definitely needed an upgrade.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Same every day but enough choice. Location in Freiburger Altstadt was excellent.

Cons:

Room furniture, carpet etc were very tired and dated and urgently need renewing. Bathroom suite was very old. Shower was OK but you couldn't stand up in it.

Cons:

Die Zimmer schon sehr klein und Dusche, Toilette auf dem Gang, was ich auch nicht grundsätzlich schlimm fände, jedoch stimmt dann das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz. Es fehlen Steckdosen.. .

Sehr schöner Gasthof und sehr gutes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist ausgezeichnet und es war dennoch ruhig in der Nacht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Man hat noch spät abends einen Wein bekommen und eine Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Es war sehr ruhig und es gab neben dem Bett noch eine Extra-Couch auf der man sich ausruhen konnte. Da ich an diesem Tag etwa 50-60 km mit dem Rad durch die Hitze gefahren war fand ich diese Couch sehr nützlich.

Cons:

Ich konnte/durfte das Fahrrad in der Unterkunft nicht abstellen. Als Ausweichmöglichkeit vor Ort blieb nur die Alternative es in der Herrenstraße abzusperren. Weil das Personal wegen der Diebstahlgefahr (trotz zweier Schlösser am Rad) davon abriet musste ich das Fahrrad noch spät abends nach einer ermüdenden Tagestour bis zu einem Fahrrad-Parkhaus beim Bahnhof bringen. Die Athmosphäre am Bahnhof spät abends hat mir nicht gefallen. Das war ein ziemlicher Aufwand muss ich sagen und es wäre zu überlegen warum/ob man ein Fahrrad nicht doch in der Unterkunft irgendwie abstellen kann.

Für einen urlaubt im Schwarzwald/Schweiz, perfekt.

Pros:

Es war einfach unglaublich! So freundlich, ordentlich und einfach sympathisch! Frühstück eigentlich ab 7.45...da wir aber um 7 Uhr los wollten, gab es das Frühstück um 6.00 einfach auf das Zimmer!! Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt!

PLEASANT STAY IN FREIBURG ALTSTADT
Pros:

Hotel in historic building close to shops, restaurants, cathedral, market sqaure etc. Tram stop close by takes you to/from rail station. Breakfast a little limited but certainly adequate in variety and quality. My single room was pleasant with a sink and a shower cabinet but shared toilet on the landing. There was a shared modern shower on the landing which might have been better. On second floor - with steep staircases and no lift. I arrived well before check-in and was able to get into my room - thanks!

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was very low and the temperature erratic.
