Nothing. We were not given the accommodation we had expected, so we did not get the chance to stay at the property.
This was one of the most disappointing and unacceptable accommodation experiences we have had. On the very day of our trip, we were informed that the property could not accommodate us, despite us having planned the entire trip expecting to stay there. We were a group of friends and were suddenly left in a very difficult situation, having to urgently search for alternative accommodation at the last minute. This caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and seriously disrupted our plans. What made the situation even worse was that the friendly manner over the phone gave us confidence beforehand, but the actual experience was completely different. Based on what happened to us, we cannot recommend this property and would strongly advise other travellers to be very cautious before relying on a booking here

When we arrived they said no rooms to stay and all were booked. They requested to cancel the booking. owner is Very cheap person.

Complaint regarding hotel reservation and no-show charge
I arrived at the hotel, but the manager refused to provide my reserved room because I was about one hour late, even though I was physically present at the property. The manager also used abusive language towards me three times and threatened me with physical assault, saying he would arrive within 45 minutes.
Because of this, I went to the local police station and made a complaint. The police came to the hotel and investigated the situation. Since the hotel had already given my reserved room to another guest, I had no choice but to find and pay for another hotel, where I am currently staying.
Unfortunately, I could not contact Booking.com at the time because my phone had switched off while travelling.
I kindly request Booking.com to investigate this matter, waive any no-show/cancellation charge, and consider reimbursement or other assistance for the additional accommodation expenses I had to incur.
I would also like to know what action Booking.com can take against properties that refuse to honour confirmed reservations even when the guest is physically present, particularly when the property has given the reserved room to another guest. I hope appropriate action will be taken to prevent other customers from experiencing a similar situation.

Bathroom not clean well leakage of wash basin ,bed sheet’s are not clean well ,not recommended .
i book room for 15$ but he asked me 22$ when i asked why you are asking more money he replied with rude and anger attitude that is commission but i don’t know which commission total 15$ including booking.com commission he say another service charge i don’t know why i never recommend this place to anyone not worth for even 1 score review
I like the view from the upper floor and the hospitality is great from start to end.

They are running a scam that they demanded more money( extra 1540 LKR from me) than the amount I booked on the website. They said they have updated the prices of the rooms.
They had hot water connected only to the shower, but we can't change the temperature , which means they have fixed the temperature to a bare minimum. So the water wasn't hot enough and it was a cold. You can see their hotwater system in the picture I've attached with this review.
Bedroom wasn't clean enough that there were so much dust under thebeds and also the blankets were kinda dirty and dusty.
Carpet was also kinda wet.

It was filthy. The rooms were full of mould. The bathroom had so many bugs in it. The carpet was coming up everywhere and was also mouldy
