Pros:

Tolle zentrale Lage, so dass Tiflis zu Fuss erkundet werden kann, sehr freundlicher Service, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Ein Parkplatz kann im Voraus reserviert werden. Unsere Familiensuite hatte zwei schöne geräumige Zimmer und einen kleinen Balkon, von dem aus man den Trubel unten in der Gasse mit dem Uhrenturm beobachten konnte. Wir haben am Abreisetag sogar eine Lunchbox bekommen, weil wir noch vor dem Frühstück los mussten. Absolut empfehlenswert!

המיקום , וואו, יש יותר מרכזי מזה? דקת הליכה ממגדל השעון , ממסעדות, מהעיר העתיקה, משוק הפשפשים, מהנהר,. 10 דקות הליכה לקניון גלריה.
מיטות נוחות , מצעים מפנקים, ארוחת בוקר מעולה ממש, חדרי משפחה מרווחים . אהבנו הכל ובהחלט נשמח לחזור.

Won’t come back again.
Pros:

Room was clean, breakfast was good. Elevator works, wifi available. Smart tv, but I didnt watch. The bellboy was very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

There are stairs in front of the hotel so mind that if you r bringing heavy luggages. No ramp! Pastries aren’t fresh or tasty. Poor soundproofing. Couldn’t sleep because of people talking outside. Arrived late at night and asked the hotel to extend my check in, but they kept calling and disturbing.
P.s. location is close to the centre, but behind it the houses and the area looks dangerous.

Plutôt bonne expérience
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, juste en face du Théâtre national Roustavéli (Shota Rustaveli State Drama Theatre). Il se trouve également à proximité d’un quartier historique où il y a de nombreuses choses intéressantes à découvrir. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables.

Cons:

J’ai trouvé que les finitions de la chambre ne donnaient pas une impression de véritable haut de gamme. La décoration était un peu trop bling-bling à mon goût. Quant au petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet, je l’ai trouvé assez moyen : un plat sur deux était bon. J’ai également été surpris de constater que le chocolat chaud était en supplément, ce que je n’ai pas compris.

Pros:

The design of the hotel is realy pretty. The location was great. The room had a mini bar and an air conditioner (very important in Tbilisi). The location was great. It was realy central. The breakfast was nice. We asked for a breakfast to go, because we had to leave early, and the staff made us one and it waited for us at the reception.

Cons:

There was an unpleasent smell at the room when we entered ghe room. The window was facing the lobby and light and the aound of the breakfast entered in the morning.

Pros:

This is truly a great boutique hotel at the heart of Tbilisi. Freedom Square is 10-12 min walk from hotel. There are many food options around this place. The iconic clock tower is 1 min walk from hotel. The old town is not more than 15 min walk as well. In fact every main attraction in city center is walkable from here. It also offer a very elaborated breakfast and many choices. Room is also of good size with nice internet. Front desk is very helping.

Cons:

May be little more light in rooms.

Fuori bello, dentro molto da migliorare.
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, dietro alla torre dell'orologio. Hotel che si presenta molto bene, elegante e ben arredato.

Cons:

Il personale non parla una parola di inglese. La seconda sera c'è stato un forte temporale e ci è piovuto in stanza (l'acqua penetrava attraverso la tappezzeria e pioveva dentro creando pozze d'acqua sul pavimento). Abbiamo chiamato e in poco tempo ci hanno trasferiti in una stanza al terzo piano, molto più piccola, che puzzava di fogna. Al check out ci è stato chiesto se era andato tutto bene e abbiamo segnalato il forte odore di fognatura che usciva dal piccolo bagno. Risposta: un sorriso... É intervenuta un'altra persona della reception che (forse) ha capito che ci stavamo lamentando e la risposta è stata: sorry. Tutto qui.
