Персонал очень услужливый и внимательный, отдельная благодарность Екатерине — она сделала пребывание особенно приятным. Приятно удивило, что нам бесплатно сделали апгрейд номера с балконом, это было очень кстати.

Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, начинали каждый день с хорошего настроения. Сам отель тихий, милый и очень уютный

Cons:

Из минусов — в ванной комнате немного попахивало канализацией, хотелось бы, чтобы отель обратил на это внимание.

Beautiful hotel at a very good price and location. Excellent value for money.
Pros:

Excellent and large room with fresh bottles of water every day, and a coffee machine which absolutely saved my mornings. There was a nice balcony above the street to drink that coffee in. The hotel is very beautiful. The location is the best. We walked almost to every point of interest we wanted, and if not, Bolt is very cheep in Tbilisi.
We were five people staying at the family suite.

Cons:

The parking is small and if you need to park your rental, you might hit difficulties. Nevertheless, they do everything they can to reserve a spot fo you if you tell them in advance.
In addition there is no hot or cold chocolate to drink at breakfast, and it's something the hotel should consider.

מלון במיקום מצויין ! לובי מקסים . צוות אדיב ונעים.
חזרנו בפעם השניה - אהבנו את החדר שקיבלנו בפעם הראשונה יותר מאשר זה שקיבלנו הפעם .... לציין ששני החדרים היו יפים מאוד.

יצאנו ישירות מהמלון לטיסה בשעה מוקדמת ולא קיבלנו אפשרות לשירות של קפה/קופסת אוכל למרות ששילמנו על ארוחת בוקר כחלק מהחבילה.

Es war ein sehr schöner Eingangsbereich. Das Personal war sehr sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie haben alle Wünsche erfüllt und waren stets zu Diensten. Das Zimmer und Hotel waren sehr sauber. Wir hatten 4 Zimmer gebucht, von welchem 3 sehr sehr gut waren und keine Probleme aufführten.

Cons:

Nach dem Duschen hat das Bad nach Abwasser gerochen für den restlichen Aufenthalt. Leider wurde dies auch durch Lüften nichts wesentlich besser.

המלון מקסים, מאד יפה. חדרים גדולים, נעימים. ונקיים. הצוות אדיב. ארוחת בוקר טובה .

קבלנו חדר ליד המעלית ושמענו אותה כל פעם שעבדה. בלילה זה הפריע.
בארוחת הבוקר הקפה לא היה טוב והמים החמים היו פושרים. לא הספיקו למלא מה שחסר.

Tolle zentrale Lage, so dass Tiflis zu Fuss erkundet werden kann, sehr freundlicher Service, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Ein Parkplatz kann im Voraus reserviert werden. Unsere Familiensuite hatte zwei schöne geräumige Zimmer und einen kleinen Balkon, von dem aus man den Trubel unten in der Gasse mit dem Uhrenturm beobachten konnte. Wir haben am Abreisetag sogar eine Lunchbox bekommen, weil wir noch vor dem Frühstück los mussten. Absolut empfehlenswert!
