Уютный отельчик близко от центра
Pros:

Очень приятные хозяева - Тамара и Георгий. Комната и общие места чистые, полотенца нам меняли каждый день.В номерах есть кондиционер, минихолодильник, телевизор, хорошая ванная комната с душевой и туалетом. Расположение удобное, буквально в 5-7 минутах от метро Авлабари, до центра пешком минут 15-20.

Cons:

Наша комнатка была ну очень маленькая, порой было не развернуться совсем. Но в целом это практически не было проблемой, так как мы были в номере только утром и возвращались уже на ночь.

Sehr sauber u ansprechend, ruhig. 5min bis zur Metro zu Fuß. Restaurants u Geschäfte in 4 min fußläufig. Kühlschrank u Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.
Wir durften ein Gepäckstück dort lagern bis zum Rückflug.
Lage Top! Auch nachts haben wir uns trotz Bauruinen in der Nachbarschaft nie unsicher gefühlt.

Cons:

Gastgeber spricht kaum englisch. Gutes Frühstück etwas teurer als üblich 9€ =27GEL.
Von Außen nicht als Unterkunft erkenntlich.

Pros:

La situación es perfecta para poder moverte por Tbilisi. A 5 min está el metro, a 10 min andando estás en el Puente de la Paz, pasando por lugares muy pintorescos.
Los dueños están siempre para cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. Nos ayudaron a buscar un coche que nos llevara a otra ciudad. Los desayunos son un 10. Son obligatorios si queréis conocer comida y hospitalidad de la gente local.
Se duerme muy bien. Las camas son super cómodas y el entorno muy tranquilo.

Pros:

Душевное место, владельцы добрейшие люди, каждый день чувствовали уют. Очень ценим созданную ими атмосферу. Они смогли сделать для нас в незнакомой стране уголок который мы называли Домом❤️

Кровать была немного сломана. В остальном не к чему придраться

Нам в этом отеле понравилось авюбсолютно все, прекрасные люди небольшие но уютные номера и расположение в самом сердце Тбилиси. Тамара и Георгий гостеприимные хозяева которые по настоящему любят свое дело. Всем советую посетить этот отель, сами тоже обязательно вернемся

Pros:

Бронировали номер по дороге в Турцию. Номер замечательный. Мы приехали поздно из-за таможни. Почти в час ночи. Тамара не спала, ждала нас и волновалась. Выезжали мы тоже очень рано в 4 утра. Она сделала нам завтрак чтобы мы не уехали голодными. В номере очень чисто, завтраки сделаны с любовью и очень вкусные. На обратном пути тоже остановились здесь. Замечательный отель, всем рекомендуем!!

Excellent! I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The room was super clean at all times, and the towels were replaced daily.
The bed was very comfortable.

The view from the balcony is wonderful—you can see the old Tbilisi houses all around you, as well as a large part of the city in the distance: the beautifully illuminated TV tower, the dome of the Presidential Palace peeking out from behind the trees, and the hills surrounding Tbilisi.

Breakfast was perfect. There was so much delicious food—I mean, a lot of it! Come hungry! 😄

The dining room itself is a work of art—I’m not joking!

The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from Avlabari Metro Station. From there, it’s only one stop (about 2 minutes) to Liberty Square in central Tbilisi.

The area around Avlabari Station is full of restaurants, cafés, and street food.

The owners, Georgy and Tamara, are such warm and lovely people. They were very flexible and helpful from the very first moment we booked our stay, right up until the moment we left for the airport.
We arrived at around 2:30 AM, and Georgy stayed up to welcome us, which we really appreciated.

Memorable excellent stay
Pros:

Fantastic location (sulfur baths are 15 minutes walking distance away) and excellent host (answered all the questions in advance and helped with everything needed). We felt like we visited a long time family friend’s house. They offered airport transportation, breakfast, lunch, dinner and laundry service for an extra fee. Loved the convenience of it. My parents arrived late at night and the host still made us delicious dinner and offered wine. We hope to visit again and stay at this lovely house!!! Thank you❤️🙏

Pros:

Tamara & Giorgi zijn hele gastvrije en vriendelijke mensen. Na een week door Georgië gereisd te hebben werden we opnieuw met open armen ontvangen. De bagage konden we met een gerust hart achterlaten. De accommodatie is erg prettig.

Our staying at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for us.
Pros:

It's absolutely lovely tiny hotel with all facilities with perfect location. If you need breakfast you can ask the landlady to prepare it for you at suitable time for you. Breakfast is really enormous served in an art designed dinning room in Georgian style/

Cons:

I didn't find any drawbacks of the hotel. Maybe the next to houses are shabby but for the central part of Tbilisi it's a normal thing/

Pros:

Очень милый домик , практически рядом с центром, до любой более-менее приличной точки не более получаса пешком. Хозяева - милейшие люди, особенно хозяйка Тамара. Отношения к гостям как к своим детям, всегда в хорошем настроении, всегда с улыбкой. В комнате каждый день уборка без затрагивания личных вещей, свежие полотенца. Очень понравились завтраки, всячески рекомендую, персональный шведский стол - всего съесть просто невозможно, и всё очень вкусно. При желании можно заказать любимые блюда, мы кушали кашу..В общем, если придётся ехать в Тбилиси, то лучшего размещения, да ещё за разумные деньги, просто не найти.

Pros:

Номер чистый, убирают каждый день, номера не «уставшие», чайник, холодильник в номере. Есть кухня, если нужно что то дополнительно( бокалы, нож, штопор) можно взять в любое время. Отличные завтраки, всегда разнообразные и вкусные (2-3 салата, творог, нарезка, сыр , яйца, хачапури и т.д). Гостеприимные хозяева, помогли с выбором экскурсии и одолжили зонты!!

De gastvrouw Tamara is ontzettend lief en zorgzaam. Het hotel zit op loopafstand van Avlabari metro en busstation en de kamers zijn prettig. Het is een heel fijn en gezellig familiehotel.
