Not very good..
Pros:

We complained about the safe and some bulbs and TV and it was attended to duly.

Cons:

Breakfast should have been inclusive. It was expensive for what it was worth. Facilities were very ordinary, with unfriendly staff. Access to the room was very difficult that I have to lift my heavy suitcase several times.

Cons:

They didn't clean our room before we checked in, so we were given a dirty room with sheets that were used by previous guests. It was dirty and not a comfortable experience.
