Pros:

Good value for money, clean rooms and helping staff. Also the location is good.

Cons:

they have a parking space but it’s on a narrow street so you share the space with other cars

Pros:

we have been given the wrong room without balcony in the beginning, the mistake was corrected the night after. the bathrooms look clean, however in some of the rooms they smell bad.
for a city trip, the location however is perfect for walking into the city

The owner and staff were nice, room was clean and had overall good amenities (blow dryer, lots of towels, slippers etc.). Nice view from the roof terrace.

Cons:

The hotel was under construction and the workers were very noisy, there is zero soundproofing in the walls, you can hear everything. The hotel didn't feel cozy, and the beds were uncomfortable, and I only had a sheet - no duvet. The view to the city is blocked by a construction site.

私はかなり気遣う達ですが、全体的にとても快適に過ごせました！
Pros:

人通りが少ない、タバコ臭くない(構造的に)、周辺の相場より低めを条件に色々なホテルの口コミを見ながらここに決めました。現金払いのみです。夜はとても静かかつ、ベッドが清潔で２日間快適に眠れました。日中に昼寝をした時もほぼ無音で感心しました。冷暖房もあるのでどんな季節でも快適に過ごせると思います。備え付けの棚や浴室もきちんと清掃されていて、改善点(後記)はありますが価格を考えると申し分ありませんでした。バルコニーが付いているお部屋で、外へ出ると市内が一望できて気持ち良かったです。また冷蔵庫があるのがありがたかったです。コンビニまで徒歩10分ほどかかるので、観光帰りに買って帰った飲み物を冷やすのに重宝しました。
スタッフの方たちも友好的で質問や要望がしやすかったです。日本人も宿泊しやすいホテルかと思います。

Cons:

タバコの臭いが朝に漂って来ました。外からではなく施設内の通路からでした。誰かが中で吸ったか、中庭の煙でしょうか。朝は階段上にある屋上バルコニーへの扉を開けてほしいです。
浴室のシャワーが目詰まりしているのか、利用後に便器や洗面台へ水が飛び散っていました(トイレットペーパーが水浸しに笑)。改善が必要と思われます。

I would say it is good value of money, as it is really affortable, but not so comfartable for a long stay.

בעלת המלון זמינה ומקסימה שלחה לנו הסבר איך להגיע.
והייתה גם זמינה שהגענו בשלוש בלילה.
סה״כ היה מאוד נקי וצוות נחמד המיקום במרחק הליכה מהעיר העתיקה 10-15 דק בערך

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war leider enttäuschend. Bei unserer Ankunft lagen im Zimmer und im Bett überall Haare, und das WC war undicht, sodass der Boden durchgehend nass war. Auch die restlichen sanitären Anlagen befanden sich nicht in einem guten Zustand. Ein Mitarbeiter versicherte uns zwar, dass wir die Waschmaschine und den Trockner nutzen könnten; als wir jedoch mit unserer nassen Wäsche den Trockner starten wollten, war dieser defekt. Es ist kein durchweg schlechtes Hotel, aber für den gebotenen Standard definitiv zu teuer.

Pros:

Sehr sauber und modern, man hat alles was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr nett. Innen wird gerade viel gearbeitet und renoviert was aber nicht groß stört da die Arbeiten abends aufhören. Man kommt von dort gut in die Stadt aber es ist trotzdem eine ruhige Gegend.

Остановились на 1 ночь, Сам отель находится в очень аутентичном месте старого Тбилиси рядом с большим президентским дворцом. Отель и персонал очень приятный, особая благодарность хозяину отеля батоно Гиоргию, он предоставил номер с балкончиком и видом на фуникулёр и телебашню. Очень чисто в номере, свежий ремонт. Мы были очень довольны. Обязательно вернемся.

Prima locatie, erg aardige managers Iren en Lizi bij wie ik mijn koffer kon achterlaten terwijl ik drie dagen naar Tusheti ging, en van wie ik mijn kleding daarna mocht wassen, wat echt geweldig was!

Всегда возвращаюсь сюда когда приезжаю в Тбилиси по делам или на выходные. Пешком до центра через мост за 10 мин. На крыше потрясающая терраса с видом на город.
