Good location, but rooms are small
Pros:

Good location, but the room was tiny.
Also the rooms overlook the bar courtyard where there are tables, and it can be noisy at night.
Also breakfast starts at 9.00am, so if you have an early start you will miss it (although one day we asked and we were served breakfast at 8.00am).

Posizione molto strategica per Tblisi vecchia, vicoli un po’ angusti per arrivare alla struttura ma ci siamo trovati benissimo. La colazione top in stile georgiano

Personal muy agradable. Incluso el dia que nos ivamos nos prepararon el desayuno a las 6.30 cuando su horario es a partir de las 9.00.

Cons:

La calle donde esta poco iluminada.
El lavabo algo pequeño pero bien.
