Das Abendessen war gut, aber bei den Frisch gebratenen Sachen wie Fisch oder Fleich war oft nicht zubekommen,weil alles schnell vergriffen war. Der andrang war oft zu groß.

Hotelul face parte dintr-un resort format din 3 hoteluri, acest lucru nu este menționat în descriere. Camera compartimentată și mobilată neinspirat, cu aspect ieftin, conceput la repezeală, pardoseală din gresie în camere, mochetă pe hol. Cafea solubilă la plic, fără halate, fără papuci de casă, fără minibar (deși este frigider), fără apă plată. Parcarea este o experiență tristă, deși este destul de greu accesul, e și loc de depozitare pentru tot felul de vechituri (urât și nepoliticos). Este o parcare publică în apropiere (același preț), la 2 minute de mers pe jos, mult mai bună, dar pentru că hotelul a cerut plata în avans nu m-am putut bucura de ea.

Only -ve, the "towel police" still rankles - with other guests as well. Not talking of "bed blocking" for a whole day, but when personal possessions, inc shoes, books, clothes, all lifted before 11am.

(I was returning a rental to the airport as quickly as possible.) Not a good look for a hotel that prides itself on guest loyalty. And - for the size of the complex - one bed / guest shouldn't be a problem. Since "walk-ins" are now controlled.

Repas du soir moyen , il y a de la quantité et du choix mais il manque vraiment de la qualité je trouve , peu de choses avaient de la saveur . Mais malgré tout ça reste un bon moment

Nothing to dislike

We requested a double bed, and we were given 2 singles even though we asked.

Vriendelijkheid van het persoon in de restaurants. Eten word letterlijk en figuurlijk op je bord gegooid. Kwaliteit van het eten was ook verschrikkelijk. Elke dag hetzelfde en wat er aan variatie was was slecht bereid. Een bakplaat vol hamburgers en allemaal zwart gebakken, dat is een kunst.

Too crowdy at breakfast.

I am very sad that staff raised a voice on me and my friend. The guard of the hotel was screaming on us in Spanish and I do not understand Spanish and he was very aggressive and was threatening me that we will follow me in security cameras. I felt very unsecure, was not sure if I can feel secure at hotel, and I felt very disrespected as a human beeing, also I felt embarassed in front of my friend that I stay in hotel where I am treated in this very unprofessional disrespectful way. I also was wondering if its because of my sexual orientation.

I am solo traveler as I am single and during vacation I wanted to meet a nice person and bring to my room. On 22nd August arround 9:00 in the morning we were entering hotel through Don Pablo entrance. At hotel entrance guard asked if me and my friend are residents and after finding out that i am but my friend was not resident, the guard started to screem on us in Spanish and even knowing that I am an existing guest of the hotel did not talk to me in English and did not address me but screemed on my friend. After a moment of uncontrolled unstructured screaming I asked to stop it, that I do not understand, and that I need to get to reception to check-in my friend. Then the guard screemed all over lobby that he will follow me in security cameras (at least that is what my friend who is Spanish speaker understood). When I reached reception of Don Marco my friend was checked-in as my second room mate for the rest of my stay only for additional 15 EUR.

I dont understand why guard of the hotel screams on arriving guests, that was very dissturbing, unprofessional and is still rising questions, e.g. why guard did not talk with me in English so I can understand and can answer questions as I was existing guest ? Is it general attitude toward arriving guests that before you get to reception desk, guard will traumatise guests ? Why guard did not advise us to go to reception and check-in the arriving guest ?
