Hermoso hotel para un relax
Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo, la habitación 118 doble superior es grande, el jacuzzi con agua termal es fantástico, es muy cómodo para apoya las valijas, guardar o colgar la ropa. El restaurante tiene buenos precios, la comida es muy rica, el desayuno es variado, las piletas son fantásticas. El personal del hotel en recepción muy agradable y el personal del restaurante es “super amable” Viake con una señora de 93 años y todos fueron muy cálidos en el trato. La habitación tiene frigobar pero no pava eléctrica pero eso no fue un inconveniente porque llevé un termo y me daban agua caliente de cortesía. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería! Tiene todo lo necesario para estar súper cómoda y disfrutar!

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que el último día me desperté 8,20 con los ruidos de un taladro en una pared que estaban haciendo porque están agrandándose y mi habitación daba justo a las reformas, parecía que taladraban adentro y eso me quitó intimidad para tener las cortinas abiertas porque trabajaban justo delante de mi habitación.

Excelentes instalaciones y atención del personal. Muy buena toda la parte SPA.

Cons:

El único tema fue al abonar con tarjeta el recargo del 15% para la tarifa convenida por Booking. Si bien me fue anunciado por correo, me parece un poco exagerado el porcentaje.
