Great location just on the outskirts of Woodhall Spa. Lovely & peaceful. Room was clean, very comfortable & has everything you need. Unfortunately we didn’t have an evening meal there but the menu looked fantastic. Highly recommend booking a table for dinner in advance otherwise they do stop serving quite early. The breakfast room is separate to the bar & really lovely. The cooked breakfast was exceptional. The decor in the bar is eclectic but very fun!

The room was very comfortable. Delightfully decorated with extra charging points, iron and ironing board. We found the beds very comfortable. It was clean, well stocked with tea, coffee and biscuits, but the added bonus was very effective air conditioning which was such a blessing in the hot weather. Would certainly stay there again. Staff were great and lovely breakfast.

And the breakfast! What a way to start the day, very friendly lady who cooked our breakfast for us. Couldn't have done enough to make sure we were well fed.
The window cleaner started cleaning the windows at 9am on the day of us checking out (check out was 10am). Bit of a surprise seeing him shut the windows and be standing up close as we were packing our bags.
We frequently stay at Village Limits and the staff are always pleasant and very helpful.

The rooms are lovely… they feel individual and homely in their decor. A very comfortable stay.
Great fluffy towels and really great to have a fridge too. The breakfast was great too.
A pleasant 15/20 min walk into Woodhall. A very short bit of walking on the grass verge until the country park where you can pick up a footpath the remainder of the way.
It was clean and had a well thought out layout. Also had its own style which was great.
