We made the booking thinking we would be close to the bottom of the Seceda Cable Car. My mistake and as we drove the 20 or 30kms, we had no idea what we had booked and where it was.
Wow, what a surprise, we were blown away by the location, the very friendly staff, the facilities, the dinner and breakfast and everything else about the hotel..

The outdoor pool is super warm and is overlooking the most beautiful Sciliar mountain! Reception staff is very helpful. Wonderful parking.
Some not working lights in the corridor, not too many vegan choices in breakfast. A bit too dark in the rooms.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Mrs. Karolina on the front desk, always greeting us with a smile and offering help and ideas to make our stay more welcoming on every turn. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views that made our morning feel special. Every amenity, from the luxurious spa to the perfectly maintained infinity pool, exceeded our expectations.

when they clean the room they doesn’t replace all of the towels and blankets and after they suggested we have took them. an uncomfortable misunderstanding.
