Cons:

Sam hotel jest czysty, a pokoje są w porządku, ale z powodu skandalicznego zachowania obsługi nie mogliśmy w pełni skorzystać z pobytu. W dniu naszego przyjazdu w obiekcie odbywała się osiemnastka, o czym NIE zostaliśmy wcześniej poinformowani! Byliśmy po 12 godzinach podróży samochodem, potwornie zmęczeni. Dopiero na miejscu, przy zameldowaniu, podsunięto nam do podpisania kartkę z informacją o imprezach okolicznościowych. Postawiono nas pod ścianą, ponieważ rezerwacja była bezzwrotna, a obsługa wprost zakomunikowała nam, że nie odpoczniemy.Hotel nie zapewnił nam tego, co jest jego podstawowym obowiązkiem – wypoczynku. Kolejnego dnia czekała nas 7-godzinna trasa. Tymczasem do godziny 2:30 w nocy DJ grał na pełny regulator, a młodzież biegała po korytarzach. Po wyłączeniu muzyki hałasy w pokojach obok trwały do 3:30 (krzyki, kłótnie, głośne rozmowy przez telefon). O 7 rano musieliśmy być na nogach. Przez brak snu hotel naraził bezpieczeństwo naszej dalszej podróży. Obiekt ma obowiązek uprzedzać o takich sytuacjach przed dokonaniem rezerwacji, a nie po fakcie!

Cons:

Dwa łóżka zamiast jednego podwójnego. Nie szło się wyspać w dwie osoby ponieważ przeszkadzało łączenie łóżek i materacy. W zakwaterowaniu było napisane że będzie jedno łóżko podwójne jednak tak nie było. Totalnie się nie wyspaliśmy.
