L’hotel era molto bello in sé, le stanze, il ristorante il rooftop ecc..
Il servizio. Il servizio era inesistente, avevo richiesto un allestimento da fare in camera a sorpresa ma non è stato fatto ed è stato anche spoilerato, inoltre quando siamo andati in piscina avevamo una domanda da fare al personale ma abbiamo fatto letteralmente il giro della struttura e non c’era nessuno e come se fosse tutto abbandonato. Io cambierei il servizio e prenderei uno staff più qualificato.
Хозяева — такого внимания и заботы я не встречал нигде! Отель новый, технологичный, номер прекрасный, просторный, стильный. Бассейн на крыше - приятное дополнение к комфорту! Всё было идеально!!!

Spacious rooms with working A/C. Nicely decorated if you appreciate the black/grey theme.

Bit of a weird place: looks like a nightclub that also has a few rooms. The rooftop bar, a local attraction or so it seems, is maybe more important.
Because of the rooftop bar the pool cannot be used after 17:00.
The design of the place has gone a bit too far perhaps: looks nice but functionality suffers, especially when maintenance is not a priority.
Personnel is friendly but does not seem very competent.
Restaurant is OK, but pricey.
Breakfast is very poor. No buffet, fruit, yogurt etc. Just coffee and a croissant.
Though the room is actually quite good (but could be improved) I don't think we will go back.
Belle le camere, arredate in modo elegante contemporaneo.
La colazione non è a buffet e ti offrono pochissime opzioni: cornetto surgelato, caffè o cappuccino, succo di frutta commerciale.
La reception quasi sempre assente.
Le camere sono molto buie, hanno una porta-finestra che affaccia sul parcheggio (no privacy) o sul retro dell'edificio.
Dotazione di bustine da thè scarsa, non si capiva che cosa fossero (the, infusi, gusti...).
La piscina sulla terrazza è meno bella di quello che sembra dalle foto.
