Pros:

Nichts.
Das Hotel liegt im Nirgendwo und ist eine einzige Baustelle. Dort derzeit Zimmer zu vermieten ist eine Chuzpe.
Kaum Gäste, Null Personal

Cons:

Kein Personal. Weder an der Rezeption noch beim Frühstück. Um ein Glas Wasser zu bekommen muss man ewig nach irgendjemand suchen. Dafür wird man von Bauarbeitern mit der Bohrmaschine aus dem Zimmer vertrieben. Habe ich noch selten erlebt, dass des morgens Leute mit lautem Werkzeug am Fenster im ersten Stock auftauchen um eine neue Fensterbank zu montieren.
