L’hôtel offre un cadre paisible et agréable, à peine parti que je pense déjà à y retourner!
Pros:

La piscine et le bar à proximité, la vue sur la mer depuis la piscine,
La terrasse du restaurant d'ou l'on peut apercevoir la Sicile,
L'ambiance de la terrasse du restaurant le soir,
Le personnel toujours serviable et souriant,
La nourriture qui était excellente.

Pros:

Hotel bellissimo con una piscina stupenda e un servizio navetta per la spiaggia puntuale ed efficiente. Lo staff è estremamente cordiale e il parcheggio è comodissimo. Colazione ottima, presenti prodotti senza glutine su richiesta. È in assoluto uno degli hotel più silenziosi in cui siamo stati. Consigliatissimo!

Cons:

Bar piscina chiuso la sera tardi.

Pros:

Struttura organizzata benissimo, ottimi i servizi proposti e inclusi nel pernottamento tra cui la navetta per la spiaggia e il comodo parcheggio all interno della struttura.
Camera con balcone pulitissima, insonorizzata e molto comoda infatti ci ho riposato benissimo.
Staff gentilissimo e disponibile
Colazione varia e buonissima
Bellissima la piscina dove abbiamo trascorso ore in tranquillità.
Al suo interno si può ammirare un piccolo zoo molto carino.
Posizione ottima, con una passeggiata ci si arriva tranquillamente a piedi alle viste panoramiche più belle di Capo Vaticano e alla spiaggia Grotticelle. Diversi ristoranti e dopocena vicini senza spostarsi in auto.
Varrà la pena ritornarci quindi consiglio il pernottamento qui.

Nonostante la zona Molto turistica vi devo dire Complimenti e Grazie!

Zdecydowanie polecam
Pros:

Rewelacyjna obsługa. Pyszne kolacje. Super basen z dużą ilością leżaków. Ładna i niezatłoczona plaża Costa Verde z dojazdem, z hotelu.

Cons:

Śniadania mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone np kilka rodzajów sera, wędlin.

Bella struttura , ma mi aspettavo qualcosa in più
Pros:

Buona posizione vicino il centro , ottimo servizio di navetta per spiaggia di grotticelle , avere poi ombrellone e sdraio comprese nel prezzo dell'hotel é davvero lodevole .
Colazione discreta e abbastanza varia , bella piscina e bel contesto che circonda la struttura

Cons:

Poca empatia in fase di check in, scarso interesse nel sapere come fosse andato il soggiorno e nel darci consigli per vivere appieno la nostra vacanza , da un contesto 4 stelle mi aspettavo davvero di più.
Alla colazione mancano le etichette che indicano cosa é esposto al banco .
Stanza un po' datata nell'arredamento , anche se comunque rimane carina da vivere , doccia assolutamente piccola e da rifare .
Attenzione, dico ciò solo per evidenziare cosa é da migliorare per un contesto 4 stelle , perché comunque é davvero una bella struttura .

big improvement potential
Pros:

staff were helpful when asked for stuff. the pool and environment around the pool with the olive trees looked relaxing , the sunchairs were good. shuttle to the beach is convenient. parking space is big and spacious.

Cons:

We were looking for a 2 bedroom apartment, since there were few photos on the apartment I contacted the hotel to confirm if it is a 1/2 bedroom apartment. they told me it is a one bedroom aparmtnet. so our friends booked somewhere else . when we arrived they told us it is a two bedroom apartment.
The aparmtnet is not on the main campus of the hotel & it is on the other side of the street, they should write that in the bookings. Wifi coverage is bad and it didnt reach our apartment. kitchen utensils and tools are inadequate and we had to ask for them. There's no microwave.
The doors and windows are one layer which means either you blast the AC and accept the loud noise and waste a lot of energy (since the ac needs to run all the time to keep it cool) or die of heat.
During our 1 week stay I didnt have a good night sleep, since the beds are super uncomfortable and the walls and windows are paper thin which means you hear all the noise from other guests and the street. I could even hear the neighbor snoring. As early as 5:30 and as late as 01:00 you hear everything and cant fall asleep. several nights we heard someone firing fireworks as late as 1:15 am on the street. you hear neighbour talking, opening and closing doors , moving around furniture, etc.
The location requires you to have a car.
There are no mosquito nets. there are gaps in windows and doors, so don't be surprised when seeing a lizard on the kitchen wall. because we did.
The umbrellas at swimming pool are small and since the sun is quite high you have to constantly move your sunbed not to get burned.
They say they have private beach , one beache is super small and no sunbeds only chairs. The other beach they have sunbeds but the beds are not at the beach and they are at some camping with fence covering the sea view. if you want to the bed on the beach itself you need to pay 20 euros/ person / day.
