Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt am Loch Ness
Pros:

Schon bei unserer Ankunft waren wir über den herzlichen Empfang und die persönliche Betreuung höchst erfreut. Man half uns mit dem Gepäck, erfüllte sofort Sonderwünsche wie eine zusätzliche Decke und erkundigte sich auch gleich nach Unverträglichkeiten und Allergien. Meine Frau leidet an einer Laktoseunverträglichkeit und musste diese nie mehr extra erwähnen: Sie bekam automatisch jeden Morgen ihren eigenen Aufstrich, laktosefreie Milch und sogar Gebäck. Sogar als wir einmal den Nachmittagstee bestellten, war ihr Kuchen laktosefrei. Es wurden keine Mühen gescheut, um uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten!
Dazu trugen auch das ruhige Zimmer mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf Loch Ness, die gemütlichen Lounges mit offenem Kaminfeuer, Whisky und ein sensationelles Frühstück bei.
Man konnte nach allem fragen, bekam Ausflugstipps und übernahm Reservierungen im nahegelegenen Restaurant. Außerdem stand am Empfang immer Fudge bereit!
Wir reisten drei Wochen durch Schottland - aber hier genossen wir mit Abstand den besten Service. Danke an Gabriel und das gesamte Team der Lodge! Wir werden euch uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und uns sehr gerne an unseren Aufenthalt hier erinnern.

Lovely stay, beautiful accommodations and views and kind hosts!
Pros:

The lodge is so beautiful and the rooms are well appointed and spacious! We were upgraded to the Coruisk room having the Loch and it was a dream! Along with our welcome glasses of champagne and a warm fire and nibble of tablet. The lodge is tucked away in a lovely, quiet spot and the grounds are lovely and have paths for walking. The breakfast was outstanding with wonderful views and service. Our evening and morning hosts were warm and welcoming!

Cons:

I only wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy it! K highly recommend staying at least two nights as one night just isn’t enough to enjoy the beauty and peace it has to offer.

Pros:

Loch Ness Lodge delivers a brilliant experience from start to finish. Gabriel and the staff set a phenomenal standard of hospitality with their courtesy and remarkable ability to proactively anticipate every need. The lovely room upgrade added a memorable touch of comfort, and the morning service was equally great. The coffee was outstanding, and the breakfast was cooked right. It is a fantastic place with top tier service.

Exceptional honeymoon start!
Pros:

Outstanding stay. Manager Gabriel fabulous, could not do enough for us. Very comfortable room with great views. Exceptional breakfast! Good spot to explore loch, Inverness, Fort Augustus.

Nothing to not like but know there is no evening dining available The Clansman hotel next door has cafe and restaurant

Perfektes Haus mit Klasse
Pros:

Top Niveau in allen Belangen! Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr sauber und gepflegt, besonders herzlicher Empfang und phänomenales Frühstück 👏
Leckere Köse-Fleischplättchen mit gutem Wein am Kaminfeuer im Hotel, nachdem wir auch feine Whisky probieren durften.

Cons:

Wenn wir etwas suchen müssen, dann das: leider verfügt das Hotel über kein Restaurant im selben Haus. Das fussläufig gelegene Restaurant Cobbs ist ein-zwei Klassen tiefer, aber auch da haben wir gut gegessen.

A beautiful hotel that makes you feel special through exceptional service and beautiful spaces.

Such a beautiful small hotel that is all about making us feel special. The attention to detail and small touches just put it a level above other similar hotels. The lounge areas are comfortable and beautifully furnished making it feel homely.
