Casa Astral: comodidad, excelente atención , un lugar para volver
Pros:

Nuestra estancia en Casa Astral Holbox fue una experiencia muy agradable. Las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y están muy bien cuidadas. Desde nuestra llegada, el personal de recepción fue sumamente atento y siempre dispuesto a resolver cualquier duda o necesidad.

Quiero destacar especialmente a Cristian, quien fue muy amable durante toda nuestra estancia. Nos brindó excelentes recomendaciones sobre tours y nos ayudó a organizarlos y reservarlos, haciendo todo mucho más sencillo. Asimismo, el personal de cocina y del bar siempre estuvo atento y dispuesto a apoyar en lo que necesitáramos.

La ubicación es otro gran punto a favor: está muy cerca de la playa, incluso mejor ubicada que muchas otras opciones. Esto permite disfrutar del mar y al mismo tiempo descansar con tranquilidad, lejos del ruido. Además, cuenta con varias opciones de comida cercanas, por lo que no es necesario estar en el centro para disfrutar de una buena experiencia.

Sin duda, es un lugar al que regresaría con mucho gusto en mi próxima visita a Holbox.

Cons:

Como áreas de oportunidad, las habitaciones son contiguas y el aislamiento acústico podría mejorar, ya que es fácil escuchar el ruido o las conversaciones de las habitaciones vecinas. También sugeriría poner mayor atención a la limpieza de las regaderas, ya que al estar cerca de la playa suele acumularse arena y en una ocasión notamos que no había sido retirada por completo durante la limpieza.

Bel hôtel
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, proche de la mer, et la piscine rooftop est très agréable. La chambre est également spacieuse et confortable.

Le personnel est attentionné et agréable, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus plaisant.

Cons:

Petit bémol cependant pour le petit-déjeuner, que nous avons trouvé un peu décevant : seulement deux petites tranches de pain avec beurre et confiture, accompagnées d’un café ou d’un verre de jus d’orange.

Pros:

Supermooie en heerlijke ligging op paar minuten van het centrum. Appartement met twee slaapkamers was een wauw-factor. Groot en prachtig afgewerkt hele keuken ter beschikking toaster, diepvries, koffiezetapparaat alles was aanwezig . Personeel top en vriendelijk. Op het strand ligt ernaast Cafe Del Mar waar je heerlijk kan eten en op een bedje kan liggen als je een consumptie neemt. Handdoeken van het hotel zijn alleen voor aan het zwembad op het dakterras. Dus persoonlijke handdoeken best zelf meenemen.
De zonsondergang vanaf je balkon of vanop het dakterras is adembenemend mooi.
Dit hotel is een echte aanrader. Als je ergens gaat eten savonds ga dan naar la cantrina birra goedkoop en zo goed dat we hier zelfs twee keer geweest zijn .
PS: Er is geen lift aanwezig.

Only complaint was when I moved rooms my last night as I extended the room I moved into wasn’t that clean - dusty walls. Also no pool bar in operation yet.

I had an amazing stay at Casa Astral Holbox. The highlight was definitely the stunning rooftop pool—perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets while sipping on delicious drinks. The service was excellent throughout my stay, with a team that made everything feel effortless and welcoming.
The location is truly unbeatable, right on the oceanfront with a beautiful beach just steps away. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in the natural beauty of Holbox. I would absolutely come back!

Espectacular y acogedor
Pros:

Cercania a la playa, solo 15 minutos andando al centro. Cuartos cómodos, modernos y limpios. Personal super amable, Casandra de recepción muy atenta. Amr el hotel Manager, muy pendiente de todo y amable.

Hôtel au top au bord de mer
Pros:

L emplacement au bord de la mer, accès facile au centre ville en 15mn à pied par le bord de mer. Piscine et bar sur le roof-top incroyable. Plein de restaurants sympa a proximité de l hotel. Accueil également au top !!!!
