Pros:

住宿地點距離碼頭和商店街走路約10分鐘, 一路上平坦可以拖著行李抵達
大廳有提供小點心和飲料(有酒!)
而且房間可以打開兩個24吋行李廂都綽綽有餘
有提供固定式洗沐用品,洗髮精很優秀 玩完海水使用都沒打結,而且很滑順
小缺點是只提供 checkin前的行李寄放,沒有提供退房後
所以退房後我是到碼頭去找大型置物櫃 (或是如果有跳島搭船, 商家都可以寄放行李)

Exceptionnel en qualité prix, emplacement et confort
Pros:

Un hôtel très bien placé près du port et pour venir vos chercher si vous faites des activités. A 5 minutes du centre et des commerces et juste à côté d’une supérette. Près des différentes transports et facile d’accès en bus.
Chambre très fonctionnelle, très grande et super confortable. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Pas vraiment un point faible mais juste à savoir que le personnel ne parle pas anglais mais ce n’était pas gênant et avec un traducteur on s’en sort bien.À savoir aussi que l’arrivé doit se faire avant 20h ou 21 h avec un supplément, donc attention à vos vols.
Il manquerai aussi un sèche linge même si on pouvait étendre sur le rooftoop très jolie par ailleurs, mais avec un typhon c’est un peu plus compliqué… mais pareil chambre bien équipé d’un déshumidificateur.

Outstanding Staff and Wonderful Stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and exceptional care.

Our room was much larger than we expected from the photos. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and exceptionally well equipped. Having so much space was a real bonus, especially compared with many hotel rooms in Japan.

What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the incredible staff. One of our friends, who was not staying at the hotel, developed a serious eye problem while visiting us. The team went above and beyond to help. They took the time to find the most appropriate hospital, called to make sure it was the right place for her, arranged a taxi, and, most importantly, kindly allowed her to stay in our room overnight so she would not have to be alone while she was unwell.

We are deeply grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and genuine care shown by everyone at the hotel. Their kindness made a very stressful situation much easier, and we will always remember it.

We highly recommend this hotel, not only because of its excellent facilities, but because of the outstanding people who work there.

Pros:

市街地なのでロケーションは良いです。

Cons:

部屋のエアコンが冷房効かなかった。初日は問題なかったが、２日目は送風のみ！スタッフは基本的に夜不在。
部屋に湯沸器が無く、お茶コーヒー等飲めない。

Ideally located for Ishigaki city centre
Pros:

The hotel was close to town but not in the middle of the chaos. The staff were kind and accommodating.

Cons:

The reception counter closes between 8pm - 8am so you’re on your own if you need anything between those hours. The rooms were kind of stuffy. I understand that hotel rooms are generally compact in Japan but this was more than just compact.
