Foi uma estadia boa, mas não ter nenhum guarda sou ou cadeira de praia free para os hóspedes me decepcionou

A localização é gentileza dos funcionários

Cons:

As cadeiras de praia que ficam em frente ao hotel tem que pagar para utilizar ou consumir no bar, não tem nenhuma free para os hóspedes, nem ficamos nessa praia

Pros:

El personal de recepción muy amable y atento, pero el personal que tiene para las comidas era tosco, desagradable y realizaba un servicio con desgana. El desayuno y comidas era precocinados, pescado y carne descongelados, cantidades ridículas, tenía que ir a comer algo a otro sitio porque la cantidad de comida era claramente insuficiente, te cobran por dos trozos de pan 6 euros, por un litro de agua 5 euros. No merece la pena contrar la comida en este alojamiento, muy muy mala experiencia. Las tumbonas estaban incluidas en el paquete, pero el camarero que servia las comidas estaba muy pendiente y te presionaba para que consumieses.

Hotel e experiência excepcionais
Pros:

Gisele que nos atendeu na recepção é extremamente prestativa e gentil. Localização excepcional, café da manhã fantástico, demos muita sorte de encontrar tudo isto em cima da hora.

Cons:

Assim como a maioria dos hotéis, não tem onde parar o carro, mas não prejudicou em nada nossa experiência

Als wir kamen wurden wir von einem freundlichen Rezeptionist empfangen, der und sogar unsere Koffer rauf tragte. Jedoch stellte sich heraus das dieses nette Verhalten was normalerweise nicht ist in einem Hotel nur eine Masche eines schlechtem Hotels war.

Cons:

Auf den ersten Blick war alles schön und modern, doch bei genauerem Blick merkte man das das hotel sehr alt ist und kein Wert auf dieses Gebäude gelegt wurde. Billigst alles übermalt und nur das was man grob sieht ist schön. Unsere Klospülung ging nicht von Anfang an, danach sperrte die Tür nicht richtig zu & eine KAKERLAKE kroch raus. Wir wurden in ein anderes Zimmer gebrauch und verließen das Hotel am nächsten Tag. SOGAR DIE PUTZFRAUEN sagten ,,oh mein Gott was ist auf dem Handtuch“ und andere sachen worüber sie sich beschwerten.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth that made me feel completely at home. The staff, especially Guzel and Chrysa, went above and beyond every single day, checking in on me and making sure I had everything I needed. The room was beautifully modern with a comfortable queen size bed, a stunning balcony view and a private Jacuzzi that was the perfect way to unwind. The hotel is steps from the beach, the cleanliness was impeccable and the entire atmosphere was one of pure comfort and luxury.

Cons:

Honestly, there is nothing negative I can say. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations and I left with nothing but gratitude and wonderful memories.

Diner: l’hôtel a passé un partenariat avec le restaurant situé juste devant en bord de mer. Le service est minable, carte de menu spécial pour nous qui avions acheté le séjour en demi pension avec dîner, très peu de choix, prix exorbitant,

Cons:

Les repas du soir, pas de parking public. Il faut soit prendre un parking payant soit se garer dans la rue si il reste de la place avec risque d’abîmer la voiture de location.c’est une impasse permettant d,accéder à la mer et permettant à toutes les voitures et bus de faire demi tour.
L’hôtel est très difficile à trouver, on peut l,apercevoir par l.arriere mais sans y accéder et par devant il faut longer la plage ,traverser le "fameux" restaurant.

Great location right on the water, our room was upgraded to ocean views it was lovely. Close to airport & the hotel has a transfer service in reception so it was easy to arrange transport anywhere on the island. Housekeeping staff were really friendly and kept the room tidy throughout our stay. Reception staff were also lovely, welcome gift on arrival was a nice touch.

Cons:

The Resturant staff downstairs and on the beach were pushy and rude. Also very over priced for the quality of food. I ordered and paid for a Caesar salad on the beach when it came out it was a Greek salad. The waiter argued with me demanding I pay extra $4, when I said I already paid for it he yelled out to the kitchen and made a scene. In the end I just paid the $4 to avoid a scene and we decided we wouldn’t spend anymore money there. Such a shame for the hotel.

Lovely room and balcony looking out onto the sea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Cons:

Breakfast options very limited for gluten free, general smell of drains (not the hotels fault as it's the island plumbing, but still unpleasant)

Onze verblijf was super. Was onze eerste keer in Mykonos. Vriendelijke personeel ze helpen je met het vervoer.
Pros:

Ligging was goed makkelijk bereikbaar
Openbaar vervoer 2 min stappen van hotel zelf.
Vriendelijke personeel. Kamers worden elke dag schoongemaakt.

Cons:

Beach voor hotel is niet van hotel zelf. Maar is niet duur enkel betalen voor drankjes.
