Needs a total refurbishment and the rooms look nothing like the pictures on the website. Ours had patches of replacement carpet to cover stains and the bed smelt and snot stuck to the inside of the shower

Great break. Staff made us feel very welcome. Ideal position near all amenities. Great breakfast. Basically everything is in walking distance.

Cons:

No car parking. Car parks close by or check Google maps as some roads are ok to park on while some have time limits.

Pros:

what a charming hotel & staff! the room was clean, spacious, and charming. i feared that the carpets may smell, like in other hotels, but it was not the case at all.

Cons:

the breakfast was a bit limited on healthy options. fried, fat, low on nutrition (the toast - no fresh bread). the meat (sausages & bacon) was not very tasty. i somehow missed fresh veggies.

Perfect location. Close to all amenities. Restaurants, bars, cafe's & shops within walking distance. Excellent bus service. Hotel is very clean. Nice & peaceful. Staff are brilliant.
