A great hotel with an excellent location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent location with 4-star facilities. The hotel is within walking distance of Central Pattaya, Pattaya Beach, and Walking Street, making it very convenient. The balcony offers a beautiful scenic sea view. The breakfast was excellent, and both the restaurant staff and hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Cons:

The only minor issue was the fragrance used in the lobby, which wasn’t to my personal preference.

Emplacement exceptionnel, 50 m de la mer et proche des rues animées de Pattaya sans les nuisances sonores

Cons:

Petit déjeuner européen très basique, pain de mie beurre confiture et café et quelques fruits, j'aurais apprécié quelques viennoiseries

Cons:

Had to put room deposit for incidentals on CASH and only local currency! Idiotic! We had to go find a car seat exchange kiosk to change our US dollars to tie money and then give them the money as a deposit which was refunded to us when we left.

Except location everything is simply appalling

The hotel is in tatters...everything is very very old.The aircondtioners do not work in the lobby or they are switched off...the room air conditioners are in bad shape...does not go below 25 degrees in this peak summer.The elevator is in a dangerous situation..its very very hot inside the elevator..its worth staying only a night that too without family

בעיה חמורה במים קומה 15 לפחות היכן שהייתי.
או שיש מים שואפים ברמות או קרים ברמות ולא ניתן לשים פושרים.
