frad and theft hotel with no manar at all

the manager was extremely rude, the rooms has no closet or wardrobe,there are no tables or sofa as the picture they use, and when we asked for a change they said all the rooms the same and get angry and refuse to let us back to the rooms as we paid for 10 days we didn't stay one night and the didn't refund our many they stole our money and kicked us out , once we complained they said we left for personal reasons!!!! we're there for treatment and paid before the arrival for my father comfort,what possible reason made us leave you lier

Location was great , the door man was great

Cons:

The rooms not overly clean, pool not open long enough shower hard to regulate temp minute hot and next cold. The cleaning of the room
wasn’t the best always things missing, like coffee t paper and towels missing, asked for laundry service nobody called back so took it somewhere else. Bed really hard. And tv terrible, kept freezing

The stay was good but could have been better with a few small changes

The location was great

Cons:

The beds are pretty hard and the rooms need a update, tv’s old the sliding doors let wind noise in. The showers are very hard to regulate water temp one minute hot next cold.
