Pros:

The location is what makes this place. Its got a great restaurant attached that is the best food on the Soi. If you need a room for fun, this is the place. They clean the room well and reset it for you. It is a very basic room but it is yours and clean instead of using one of the ST rooms on the Soi.

Cons:

The mattress is much harder than I would like.

Very disappointed
Pros:

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. I booked a double-bed room for two persons, which is clearly designed to accommodate two guests. However, at the time of check-in, the staff insisted that the booking was only for one person and refused to allow both of us to stay in the same room.

Despite explaining that the room was suitable for two people, they did not cooperate or offer a reasonable solution. Instead, I was forced to book an additional room unnecessarily, which increased my expenses.

This policy and the way it was handled were quite unreasonable. It raises a serious concern — if I had been traveling with my wife, would we have been forced to stay in separate rooms as well?

Overall, the lack of flexibility and poor customer handling made the experience frustrating. I would not recommend this place unless they improve their booking clarity and customer service approach.

Pros:

Had luggage storage and also took care of my meds for a few days. Same room as before so knew sleep b4 3.00pm was unlikely. Great TV with lots of choices.

Cons:

Some guy continually hammering through the whole night. Party street normally finishes around 2.00am but went on til 3.00.
