Most of them they know their job very well. well.
Pros:

One day morning I did not swim. because all around filtering machine was full of chlorine on the floor and another morning same there was chlorine on the floor but less than before. both days I showed to one your staff she called people to come and clean it. I took some pictures from the chlorine on the floor. each time almost four square meter chlorine was on the floor. floor was completely white.
Two night my room was completely wet. I was very uncomfortable. One of your staff (lady) was very helpful she find me nice dry room.
I can say she is very professional I wish I remember her name.
