Cons:

They did not give us the room we paid for --we paid extra R500 for a balcony-then when we told them proceeded to bother with messages while out for supper --also waking us up for a fruit bowl and wine to say sorry where all I wanted was a refund or a voucher for their mistake
WE were checked in late so only realised when we came back from our hike

Pros:

Great location on the quieter side of town right next to the beach. Beautiful view, especially during breakfast watching the sunrise! The breakfast was delicious and had everything you could think of. Our room was big and clean and had everything we needed. Even a welcome letter with our name on it and explaining all the details which was very sweet. All the staff was so nice and helpful! We would love to stay longer!

Tolles Resort am Strand, extrem freundliches Personal, Zimmer perfekt ausgestattet sogar Welcome Drink und Kekse, traumhaftes Bad. Frühstücksbuffdt top, sehr angenehm, dass es nach langer Anfahrt auch Gelegenheit für Abendessen- Topqualität- gab! Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Cottage Pie .
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hatte eine gute Lage .
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt . Sessel hatten gelbe Flecken . Die Dusche hatte einen ekligen Abfluss .

Schön am Strand, Essen ausgezeichnet, Personal sehr freundlich. Bad sehr groß, wie auch das Zimmer. Immer Handtücher für den Strand an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Zimmer liegt auf der Rückseite der Anlage, leider läuft jeder an der offenen Terrasse vorbei, also keine Privatsphäre

Was disappointed
Cons:

The room smelled of paint, problem with hot water, building/renovating other rooms next door. Contractors didn’t clean up their mess and was left in the corridor next door to the room. The mattress needs replacement. Rodents were running around in the ceiling at night. Overall had a terrible stay and woke up tired and with aches and pains.
