El personal, la limpieza, el desayuno y merienda.

Mi vuelo llegó 7 am y no pude ingresar recién hasta las 15 h. Fueron casi 8 horas de espera. Fui por trabajo y no me ofrecieron la posibilidad de descansar un poco o darme un baño. Entiendo perfectamente el horario de check in, pero ¿es realmente necesario ser tan estrictos? el check out es a las 10 hs. ¿ni una habitación podían habilitarme entre las 10 y las 15 horas? Nunca me había ocurrido esto.
Otro punto a comentar es que al momento de pagar lo hice con tarjeta de crédito pensando en poder financiar el monto total, pero me llevé la sorpresa que NO hay financiación; es decir, todo en un solo pago. Todo bien, pero deberían incluir esa información con antelación.
